My Tiguan is driving a dream!! Justine was fab with me during my experience, from start to finish she was so kind and helpful. I had a few issues that wasn't their fault, mostly mine and they were super happy to help sort them which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't give Karl Smiths Cars anything less than 5* stars as there service is well and truly brilliant. I liked that they were accommodating test drives, I took the car on a drive and instantly fell in love with it but what I appreciated more is that I had no pressure put on me at any time. I test drove the car at my pace and my leisure.

The customer service I received was brilliant I cant fault in the slightest, I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of my friends who are looking for cars. The staff at the dealership did ask if I would like to test drive but I didn't at the time, I was happy with just having a look around. I noticed the great condition the car was in and how clean and tidy it was and I just didn't feel the need to test drive, I trusted the guys at the dealership, and that I do not regret.

Everything is absolutely spot on, it is my third car that I have bought from Karl Smith so I am used to the runnings of things. I found it to be very simple and streamline when buying my Kia. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and every question I had was answered. I was allowed to take it for a little test drive which was nice, and it drove beautifully. I have already told a few good friends of mine to have a visit as well.

Since driving away with my Peugeot I have had two follow up calls now, one from the warranty company, and one from aftersales, which I think is highly impressive! I am being very well looked after, I couldn't ask for much more really! My Peugeot is far more economical than the Land Rover Defender we used to have, so my wallet is feeling a bit heavier than I am used too! We have done long distance, short distance, the whole lot and it has been as sound as a nut. It was a very good experience of high satisfactory, and one that I would recommend to others!
