Found the most perfect car, put a deposit down which I was told via text was refundable if anything was to happen, long story short an issue happened on there side and my deposit was refused to be returned. DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN WITH THESE GUYS AS YOU WILL BE LOOSING YOUR MONEY IF ANYTHING WAS TO HAPPEN! Reported to trading standards.

Put a £100 deposit on car, and when i went to collect it, noticed more scratches and errors on car so decided to cancel. The guy there said he contacted Paul to see about returning deposit, which was the guy i gave deposit to, and he said because they put an mot on it i would not be getting ANY money back. there was a £50 cancellation fee out of it which i knew i wasnt getting back. Also warranty is only for engine and gearbox wear and tere. Other things to note big chance you, ll get car with no fuel in it, and valet will be poor as it was on the car i went to buy, Carpet saturated puddled literally, seats wet. Buy at your own Financial loss because it wont be at theres. DO NOT TRUST.

Avoid. Car had parts missing, oil leak, broken glass all over the boot and under the seats. Terrible customer service as do not answer phone or emails makes the warranty pointless. 2 out of 7 issues fixed. Avoid and buy from a rac garage. Worst car buying experience I've had. Still has faults which should have been sorted before picking it up

Brought a vehicle from this dealer. I was promised it had been serviced and the odd bits that needed doing to it had been rectified. I had problems the day after leaving the forecourt. When I contacted the owner of the garage, he became aggressive and swore when I said I would contact trading standards, he then informed me that I didn’t know who I was dealing with. I looked the guy up on social media, he clearly lives a very comfortable life with his family. I seriously question the validity of some of the more positive reviews left on here.. Read the reviews about Kellys Trading but my son was really interested in the car and wanted to buy it. The staff appeared friendly and helpful...how wrong we were!! Luckily we have a trustworthy mechanic that we took the car to the next week. The work that Kelly's said was completed wasn't and my mechanic laughed when I said it had apparently been serviced...it hadn't been touched by Kelly's but they stamped the service book!! I cannot believe that they could lie so much!! Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!

Purchased a 2012 Range Rover sport . I've had the car for 3 months now and have had no issues . The staff where very helpful and had the vehicle ready fully serviced and moted the next day. Will definitely recommend Kellys Trading.

DO NOT BUY FROM KELLYS TRADING. THEY WILL SELL YOU A DANGEROUS CAR AND IGNORE YOU. THEN ONCE THEY SEE BY THE MOT HISTORY IT HAS BEEN FIXED THEY WILL ASK FOR IT BACK! MOT TESTER SAID HE DOESNT KNOW HOW I MADE IT HOME. FRONT SUSPENSION MOUNTS WERE NON EXISTANT, THE STRUTS COULD HAVE FALLEN OUT. THE CAR USED A WHOLE SUMP OF OIL IN THE 1 HOUR JOURNEY HOME. THE TRACK ROD ENDS FELL APART. ALARM BELLS SHOULD HAVE RUNG WHEN I FIRST WENT TO SEE THE CAR AND THE FRONT TYRES WERE COMPLETELY BALD AND VERY ILLEGAL! THE BAD REVIEWS OF THIS DODGY BACKSTREET ARE REAL. MY LITTLE GIRL NEARLY WENT IN THIS CAR THAT WAS CLASSED AS DANGEROUS I WASNT EVEN ALOUD TO TAKE IT FROM THE MOT STATION WITHOUT FIXING AND SIGNING A DISCLAIMER. OH AND GUESS WHAT, THEY LOST THE V5! I WILL BE INVOLVING TRADING STANDARDS TO TRY AND STOP THESE FROM TRADING.
