While I initially had a pleasant service, once I reported that my new car had a fault. It was downhill from there. I was treated as a nuisance. One of their customer service rep was rude, shouted and me and disparaged my prioritising my children. Said employee was not challenged, instead I was told that I was aggressive, to bring down the aggression and be ‘nicer’ to the man who had yelled and at me. Apparently, I was not courteous enough. I did not feel safe at the dealership and will never return. I didn’t notice any female employees the 4 times I went in and there is no question why. They have a culture of silencing women while insinuating that bad male behaviour is acceptable because apparently ‘boys will be boys’. A culture that continues to perpetuate violence against women in all its forms. I do not recommend this dealership to any woman or allies.

I booked an appointment very last minute, I tried to do this with Audi and they would not give me the time of day. i called ken brown as my last ditch of effort before heading home and the call was answered by a gentlemen called Rhys. he shared my excitement in looking at changing my car booked me in for an immediate appointment after explaining my circumstance he even moved some bits around for me. the moment i walked in i was greeted by everyone which really made me feel like i was part of their team, offered numerous drinks and was met every time with a smile. Just wanted to thank ken brown and Rhys for the amazing service and the highly accommodating appointment he made for us.

Went in to look over a few ioniq 5s for our business and was greeted professionally by Rhys and was treated like royalty through the whole process. nothing was an issue. a pure credit to your company.

Unscrupulous and dishonest. No accountability. Rhys Last is the epitome of a shady salesman. Do not use this dealership go somewhere else where they value integrity and being truthful

i find this very hard to believe since doing business with Rhys he has been an absolute life line to us answering any questions and even offering to come to my house to show me further features. iv dealt with shady sales people in the past and Rhys is far from that - professional manner and a brand advocate. id very much do business with him again and again.
Didn't respond to email queries - went in to speak to them face to face and not interested. Went to another dealer instead.

I went in for a test drive as stated by their staff who called me . I was not welcomed. Since I have ordered a Hyundai car I wanted to test drive but I was not treated well, all the staff not caring about customers , received such cold behaviour. Staff working today including the manager refused to serve me despite of their own colleague telling me on the phone I just have to turn up to do a test drive, worst experience at a car dealership ever. While I was waiting one of the staff was really rude to the customers, What a shame. Thumbs down.
A shout out for Adrian Hill, senior salesman at Ken Brown in Richmond. We bought a car for our son early last year and unfortunately he had a breakdown in December. I called Ken Brown and spoke to Adrian who recognised me immediately. When he heard we had a problem and needed to get the car back into the garage, he was quick to respond. Not only did he organise a pick up for us, he actually came himself and collected the car. In addition we don't live close by. I found this level of post sales service simply outstanding. I have had many cars in the past: Mercedes, BMW, VW, Toyota and have never experienced this before. I think Adrian is a valuable asset to Ken Brown. Thank you Adrian. :-) BTW - the car was all sorted. As a side note - I'd just like to say that when we bought the car, James King-Martin was the sales manager and both he and Adrian were most professional and knowledgeable about their products.
