purchased a kia ceed from ken brown stevenage car is a 21 plate gt line reg- LM21BUO Car arrived to me on Saturday 30/10/21 went in to car on Sunday 31/10/21 the engine management light was on so called the rac who recovered the car to a local kia dealer as the car as an engine mis-fire and requires a new 02 sensor this car as only covered 4400 miles from New and already having engine problems spoken to ken brown stevenage as I wish to return the car and after 3 days of getting nowhere I've been told I have to wait 10 working days before a refund can be received no courtesy car leaving me without any form of transport which ken brown stevenage say there's nothing they can do

What a lovely dealership, transparent, war,. welcoming, knowledge in their product, second to none. From the minute you walk in, the greeting is sincere and kind. I met some fantastic people here, from the front desk, to the sales and management team. I was helped by the most gentle and thoughtful car salesperson I have had the good pleasure to have met. I have been leasing cars from Kia KenBrown in Stevenage for 6 years now, 4 months ago I started my new lease and my goodness how their service has changed! My car has been in the garage for 12 days now as they can not find a fault, the service they have provided is abysmal, Last week I called 3 days in a row never answered the phone, had to call sales team to pass a message on, I asked for a car after 3 days they refused, I am at day 13 still no working car and still no courtesy car. I have 3 children and walking them to school and back is horrendous especially as 2 of them are in Early years and don't live close, so let down would not recommend
