Just awful 21 days to replace a battery absolute jokers Avoid at all costs

After speaking with Helen on the phone outlying my requirements 2 ltr diesel ect booked an appointment for my partner to go all was fine apparently sorted finance ect signed to them receive a call saying they ticked the wrong box and know one noticed that it was petrol 1.5 not what we required and that these things happen now I’m pretty sure any sales person should know the difference between a petrol and diesel absolute shower of a company shocking

What a terrible experience! My daughter recently purchased a VW T-ROC and part-exchanged her SEAT Ibiza. The dealership took advantage of a young woman, with little experience of buying a car from a main dealer. After a week of owning the car, I discovered that they had sold her part-exchange for £4000 more than they had given her for it. They persuaded her to fully MOT her part-exchange, which cost a further £300 out of her own pocket, so they didn't have to do it. Furthermore the car they had sold her was overpriced by a fair margin. Their sales tactics were one of manipulation. I tried to contact the Sales Manager, who initially ignored my calls. When I did finally speak to her (after 4.5 hours of persisting!) she basically said there was nothing they would do. I have escalated my complaint to VW UK, the Financial Services Ombudsman and the Financial Conduct Authority, to let them know that this dealership is ripping people off.

The manager was not helpful ,was lying ,they did a check up for my car and without my permission they vw took my gear box out, spilt oil everywhere, they didn't put back in place , they've only apologies for what happened . Avoid , taking a lot of money, very hungry! No respect for them. Shame!

Superb and friendly assistance from Christian. The only niggle would be for the rep to tell the prospective purchaser of the time scale involved with the purchase of a motor from them. Twice I turned up (after getting a lift) with the intentions of taking the van home with me, but alas, no,not to be. I eventually got the docs fore my new van and am well happy. I even got a new van for the night while things were sorted. Fuck me, but that thing flew, flew like an eagle. Yonny.

On Monday morning I telephoned to ask for a test drive of an R-Line Golf, I arrived at the showrooms at 12.30 I was greeted by very friendly staff one of whom made me a cup of tea after my long drive from London The salesman Sam was with another customer when I arrived at the showroom, so the manager took me outside and showed me around the car, and allowed me to wait inside the car for Sam The car was sparkling clean and in immaculate condition. after a comprehensive test drive, I agreed to buy the car. I asked Sam if it would be possible to drive the car away on the same day, and Sam said he could do that for me to save me having to drive back again I would like to say thank you to Sam, his manager and all the staff I spoke with at Parkway Kettering for their fantastic customer service I got a good price for my trade in car, and now have a brilliant R-Line, I left the showrooms very happy Thank You

Something I just have to say. After my 54 years of enduring the tedious, perilous and sometimes aggressive tasks of dealing with "Sell by whatever means" car salesmen. I at last found a real gem in Christian Joudrey at Parkway VW Kettering. I have dealt with Parkway before and to be honest I was left with the very familiar mixed feelings regarding qualifying a fair deal with the pocket emptying 'burden' of impressing with a good quality part exchange/trade-in scenario. Regarding my fine and completed transaction with Christian at Parkway VW in Kettering, I knew without doubt from the customer ...with half a brain... point of view, the real value of my own trade-in compared to what I was interested in. I spotted the car I needed and called Parkway VW Kettering. The Salesman I was fortunate enough to talk to was Christian, whom I learned was a fine young man with a real passion for cars as myself. I informed him of the car I was interested in and also the car I was using for part-exchange. I had already calculated.... taking into account I was working with a dealership.... the very usable value of my own car to the dealership, compared to what I wanted from the deal regarding the car of my interest. I was prepared to take on the new car in a straight exchange as we all knew that my car was worth just enough more on the forecourt to make it a decent deal for the dealership also. Initially, the px offer was lower than I was comfortable with, but after listening to me Christian went off and had a chat with his superior for a few minutes and when he came back the deal was done. Has to be said unlike the previous Tiguan I purchased from Parkway Northampton, my new Caddy Maxi Life was prepped to perfection...ensured by Christian! I did not mention, but I was aware I had plenty of time on my hands to continue searching the country for the car and deal that would suit me, but I have to say that this deal was only done and completed because of one efficient down to earth and genuine person whom I had eventually been chatting to for 3 weeks, or so.... ....Big up to Christian Joudrey.... This is something I could never say for any of my many hundreds of car salesman transactions over 53/54 years!!! = 5***** for a long career flogging cars young man!!!

We recently bought a used car from Parkway Volkswagen and found them to be easy to work with. We were helped by Peter Mandalia who was informative, courteous and gave us time to consider the options, we appreciated not being pushed to buy any extras.
