I have been getting Motability Cars since 2003 and i can hand on heart say Helen Tervit is the most profesional sales person i have met. She made sure the car i order was really what i wanted there was no presure at all. she spent a long time going through the options with me before i finaly picked the car. i then had a massive acident in the car i was going to exchange i Phoned Helen and i after making sure i was ok she said if i needed anything just to phone and ask which i did when i had a problem and her advice was fantastic. I was expecting the car in september but picked it up June 29th i was so happy when the little app that tells you when the car is built said it was early. If you need a car Go and see Helen she will make sure you get what you need and go beyond anything any other dealer has done for me Thank you Parkway and Helen

Contacted in January as my sat-nav had stopped working. I tried to update it but the new maps were a larger file than the SD card that came with the car (no longer fit for purpose). I chased this every three weeks or so, more than long enough for something to be ordered and delivered. First, the SD card had "been given to another customer and had to be ordered again", another time "the delivery had been delayed", the next time I was told "There isn't a card here but I'll order that for you today", The NEXT time was "I'll check if it's come in yet" - "The technicians have told me that it can be installed on any SD card. Try that and let me know if it's worked" with no mention of the obviously not ordered replacement. I tried three different SD cards and tried every possible map/Discover system option but nothing worked. I called again and said that this hadn't worked, and after looking online it appears that it has to be installed on an official VW SD card. A new SD card arrived in the post a few weeks later, in late May. That's almost 6 months for an SD card to be ordered. This STILL didn't work and my car was booked in for the SD card and head unit to be checked. Although the above card was sent for no extra charge, due to the original not actually having enough space to install the latest maps, I was told that I had been sent the wrong SD card and the only way to fix it was to buy one for £80. I explained that I was supposed to have had that sent to me originally at no extra cost but, through no fault of my own, had been sent the wrong one but I was just met with a blank stare from the service rep who just kept saying that it would cost £80. It took 6 months from my first call to be told that I'd have to pay to fix something that wasn't fit for purpose. I've told everybody I know not to come here and I urge anybody who sees this to do the same. Unless, of course, you enjoy being strung along for half a year wasting time and fuel driving in and back, which they excel at.

BEWARE of Parkway Volkswagen Kettering!! The sales process was seamless, smooth and easy however once I discovered I had been sold a faulty car the problems began. The car has a gearbox issue which causes vibrations in 4th gear. When I asked for a refund I was advised by the used car controller that they had 3 attempts to fix the car. This is in fact incorrect legal advice and in breach of the Consumer Rights Act (2015). Once they had accepted I was entitled to a refund, they have dragged their heels, become rude and unresponsive and made promise after promise about when I would get the money. They are now advertising the car that I still own (Volkswagen Golf, silver FD15 UPR) for sale which i believe is misleading under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008) and have in their possession the car, the money and the V5 document. They have no right to sell this car when in fact I still own it. I would advise avoiding at all costs. I am now incurring costs to get to and from work and have spent all day on the phone to try and get this resolved. The financial control and hiding behind laws I have experienced is something I would have expected from a back alley garage, not the prestigious and well known Volkswagen brand. If you have been sold Volkswagen Golf FD15 UPR, good luck!!

BUYER BEWARE! I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a car from here to get an independent vehicle inspection carried out first. The Das Welt Auto report is not worth the paper it's written on. I can only guess that whoever ticks the boxes, does so from another location as they certainly do NOT have the car nearby when they do their so called checks, otherwise they would actually spot the faults. The do NOT check the cars prior to being sold, regardless of what their false paperwork says. When you show an interest in one of their cars, they do not stop contacting you. However, once they've got your money, you're on your own! I have reported several faults on my Golf, some of them major, but they do not want to know and will not return calls or emails. I have had to take my complaint out of their hands and am now taking legal action against them.

Spoke to VW Kettering over phone initially about PCP deal for a Golf. Wouldn't quote over phone, insisted I book an appointment. Reluctantly did having provided info about car to trade and existing lease deal I have been quoted elsewhere. Encouraged that they would get close to what I described Arrived early for appointment, shown example vehicle then discussed details of what I required. Requested info for both Golf and Passat. Was left for 10 minutes whilst salesman went to create quotes. He returned with one for the Golf (nothing for the Passat) which was a laughable £300 per month more than the lease deal I had described on initial phone call. No effort to improve quote or produce absent Passat quote - appeared utterly disinterested in trying to make a sale Quite why I was required to visit the dealer for this laughable quote I do not know; perhaps KPIs for appointments need to be hit? The lack of any desire to make a sale begs the question why a quote could not have been given over the phone? I'll never know and I would recommend people steer clear of this team and look for a new vehicle elsewhere

I would avoid Parkway Volkswagen where possible, Iv had two consecutive cars with issues Parkway have failed to resolve, one being brand new! It's important to remember that It is Parkway Volkswagen Kettering that have failed not Volkswagen group! Within 15 minutes of l leaving the dealership I was on the side of the road! Service is poor, lies and told and they have no interest in the customers once they have taken there money and driven through the gates! One thing I'd advise is if you are unfortunate enough to buy a car from here and return for servicing or repairs make sure you check your car over throughly as they damaged mine and also during the complimentary wash scratched the paintwork.

No service stamps at the site. I've been advised to to wait couple of weeks (52 days passed no signs in post and no replies to my emails). I've been given someones personal car as courtesy car with all personal things you can expect in your own car. It was passat with mileage of around nothing and auto parking brake just failed. I am very disappointed with after service care. No replies to my emails about my missing service books records.
