Excellent service.I bought my Kia Rio from Anthony. Lovely man, helpful,professional. Knoweledgeably. Gave me lots of useful imformation. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend anytime. Also helped me with a lot of the paper work.Well done Perrys and in particular Anthony.

Jack was incredibly friendly and approachable, displaying an impressive knowledge of Kia and Vauxhall SUV models that we inquired about. He made us feel truly welcomed, taking our personal circumstances into consideration and going above and beyond to assist us.
We highly recommend this dealership for its warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as the exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.

Dan Ashworth guided me effectively through the whole purchase process. He was knowledgable about the car and well informed about the finance deals. The new car sales team supported him admirably and all kept me informed on the timing of events from placing the order, through manufacture, shipping and delivery over the agreed four month production period. Aftersales communication has been great and I know if I need help I can contact Dan or his colleagues at any time. It was a pleasure to deal with these guys and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new car. No need for me to recommend KIA, it speaks for itself.

I recently found a car on the RAC website it was at Perry's Motor Sales, Burnley branch, they took £7,580 from me for an unroadworthy car and tried to sell me almost £3,000 worth of warranties, they did not like us refusing these, the pressure applied was unwarranted. The car was sold, on-line, while in the garage waiting parts and they could not tell me when the parts would be in. So I looked online myself and found the parts, gave them that information but they still said they could not do that, they also agreed that the car was overdue a cam belt but refused to fit a new one until I asked for my money back. Then said I could not have the car until other parts came in, I was without a car so asked for my money back, they should be ashamed of the service they provide. I have now purchased a younger car with a good warranty included, for less money. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE THE POOR TRUST PILOT REVIEWS ARE CORRECT, our experience shockingly matched those poor reviews exactly, so this is business practices which makes it worse.
