Perrys in Burnley, avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars, I would. Once they have your money, the 7 year Kia warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. I've had nothing but trouble with my Rio ever since I got it. Took it back 3 weeks later because the brakes were binding. Though at first it was because it hadn't been driven, only to be told that all new brakes make that noise. Since when? Then Covid19 came, and so did the hot weather and, no air con. Waited till I could get it regassed locally, because I wasn't going to pay £300,00,only to find out that it was leaking. Eventually, took it back to Burnley, only for them to keep me waiting for over 2 hours, before telling me that there was a delay. Then, after waiting 3 and a half hours, was told that it wasn't under guarantee and that it could of happened anytime, and charged £60. There used vehicles are not fully checked and the same guy that dealt with me the first time has no people skills. This is just a couple of problems on a very long list. I would NOT recommend Perry's in Burnley to anyone!!!
