Don’t waste your hard earned cash at Kimberley Autos. Bought an Audi A3 for £3,495 and within a week had a bill for £675. Warranty not worth the paper it was written on and they are not interested. Though he boasts having amazing customer service on his site!

Thank you for your feedback. We are naturally disappointed with your comments, as we pride ourselves on our customer service. As recorded in the letters we exchanged the warranty confirmed it would have covered all the faults up to a certain amount, we would have then covered the extra so you would not have been out of pocket.

That's a shame cos I bought a beautiful 2005 Merc E220 at the same place for £2600 some 4 years ago and it is just going for its 3rd MOT. Never had a problem with it.
