I bought a white ford s max reg ET66 JVC from Scott at kinetic auto within two weeks of having it I had two health checks carried out one by ford themselves and they found two serious faults fuel injector leaks and drive shaft worn and leaking I informed Scott and he responded with disgusting unprofessionalism not taking it seriously and insulting me he told me that I should expect an old car to have problems he was unwilling to have ford do the repairs as I did not trust him because of the response I had from I then requested to return the car to him for a full refund as it was within 30days through zuto he then started throwing a fit like a child and wouldn't let me return the car for two weeks and also demanding that I do not use the car untill I returned it whiles still expecting me to pay road tax for a vehicle I cannot use when I returned the car to him he was very upset saying some very unprofessional and disrespectful disgusting things to me before threatening to assault me and my elderly father I have since had the majority of my money back minus 90 pounds which he kept for cleaning and usage even though the car was in better condition than when he first gave it to me and I barely used it as I wasnt allowed this man is a fraud and a scumbag and enjoys causing problems for people if you view the car I mentioned make him prove the work has been carried out on it

I had a terrible experience with Kinetic Auto Sales. I purchased a Citroën Berlingo that was advertised as having no issues, but it broke down the very same day. When I called Scott to report the problem, he refused to listen and instead started threatening me.
I had to arrange a recovery van at my own expense, costing me £500. After getting the vehicle diagnosed, it turned out to have multiple serious issues, including gearbox and engine faults. I ended up buying a used gearbox for £700 and replacing numerous parts just to get the vehicle running properly.
This dealership is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs. They sell faulty cars and refuse to take responsibility. Stay away from these fraudsters!

Found my dream car on eBay and contacted Scott about a part-exchange. Sent pictures of my car and did a deal in principal before driving down to see the car I wanted to buy. Scott has lots of lovely cars and has a discerning eye for quality. I was quite tempted to go for something else when I got there, but ultimately long story short ended up going for the car I fell in love with on eBay. Scott is a no nonsense, straight talking guy and I'd highly recommend buying from him any day of the week. Thanks Scott, hope you can sort my brother out with a nice new set of wheels next! I was very nervous about buying a used car on my own since my husband passed…. I didn’t need to worry Scott was easy to talk too and not at all pushy … I am absolutely delighted with my new mini and would absolutely buy from kinetic auto sales again Thankyou

When you trade a vehicle in part exchange it is the responsibility of the owner of that vehicle to inform the DVLA of the sale to a dealer which is why you use the yellow trade slip on the V5/c to do exactly that.
