I went to view a premium car at Kinetic Auto Sales (>£40K). Though Scott is friendly and flexible on timing, I was not allowed to test drive the car, other than in the yard. I did however come to a deal by email. But, once I started asking further questions it seems that there were several issues which the dealer was not forthcoming with: 1) No second key (£500 for a replacement) 2) Missing charging cables (£1400 to replace from Porsche) 3) Last oil change missed (£200) 4) Couldn't handover the service history. I had to phone around to get it. In addition, there was no willingness to drop the car to me. I ultimately walked away. Also note all the reviews on Autotrader seem to have arrived in a short burst of a few days...something isn't right. Do your diligence!

People beware this is an awful dealership. I received my car on monday, with the following faults!!!! Petrol gauge not working properly, needs new brake discs and pads,,, the back door on the drivers side will not open or the window! All of these faults was not mentioned in advertisement!!! Sold me a warranty which was not worth a carrot, i have reported Kinetic Auto Sales to trading standards,,, and also DVLA,,, see you in court Scott.

To put this in to context, the vehicle in question was a 12 year old 2004 part exchange clearance vehicle bought unseen by this person to be delivered to Manchester by his own driver. The vehicle was sold on trade terms as was not up to our usual high retail standards, was £1250 less than retail value and was reflective of the poor condition of the vehicle bodywork. All in all a bargain vehicle which was sold on the basis that some additional work may be required and sold at an extremely low price. Recent MOT showed advisories for brakes which was clearly visible to the customer prior to purchase (and only advised so replacement not required) and if anything was overly criticised by us to the customer so he was aware of the vehicle condition. We will always make it clear that any vehicle purchased in this way is not subject to our usual checks and will potentially need further work reflective of the very low price. The same can be said of the other negative review on here I.e. also p/x clearance stock sold at trade price. A base cover warranty can be provided with p/x clearance vehicles but will only cover major items. Part exchange clearance vehicles are a very small section of our large stock and we work very hard to ensure our retail vehicles are of the highest standards and condition and any that are taken in part exchange and fall short of these standards are disposed of at cost price or less to ensure they are seen as trade priced bargains.
Superb deal on our Lexus. Better quality vehicle than the main dealer whom we visited earlier in the day. Friendly staff and service. Would certainly recommend.

Very very bad experience with this company, bought a car on the monday the tuesday it developed a fault. Tried calling the owner on numerous occasions and from different numbers, the warranty that was supplied was not worth a single thing as they have refused to pay to fix the problem! the email address supplied on the kinetic autos website does not work! Lets see how we go when this issue goes to a small claims court! stay well away from this company!.

I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership in July. The car is really good value for money, when I received it, it was really exactly as described and in very good condition. I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers have been really helpful. I would recommend.

very good experience over all. The car was really nice and clean and matched its description and it was a reasonably good price. My only issue is that the car had actually had some work on the engine and the dealership did not declare this, we found out later when a mechanic checked out the car. Overall, I am happy and would recommend this dealership, The guy who I was dealing with there was really nice and very helpful.

Great experience. Extremely happy with our new Range Rover, which was the best example I could find after months of searching. No pushy sales people and overall very easy and fair to deal with.
The car I bought was at a reasonable price and I was met by Scott at the storage facility who was friendly and patiently answered my questions. I had my old car to part exchange and we agreed on a price. I made the mistake of saying I was travelling a long way to buy the car so when I arrived it had not been valeted but had just been MOT'd. I had a couple of niggles with it one being needing a new battery which Scott refunded the cost to me after being sent the invoice which I felt was very reasonable. You need to read the warranty carefully to see if it is worth paying for depending on the age of your car. I find it is always a gamble when you buy a new car but my experience with kinetic autos was a positive one and I would buy from them again.
