AVOID! Went to look at a car and felt 100% pressured the whole time we were there. The car had not been brought to the front so we were unable to test drive it. I was asked to put a £250 deposit down on the car to hold it while I sought finance, and told that if I was unable to get the finance that this deposit would be returned to me. I am unable to get finance as my wages are not enough and now, guess what, they are refusing to pay my deposit back and ghosting my emails! I am now being threatened with legal action now because I have left a negative review.
purchased my first car from kings bromley car centre, they helped me get a good finance deal, they made me a coffee with some biscuits when i entered the office, the staff were really friendly and i am really happy with the car, will be purchasing from here again.
Amelia in response to amazing service
Funny that when we bought a car from here, the person was called Milan? We didn’t get offered any coffee or any biscuits. Laughable really. Especially when the place sells shit cars with loads of problems.
Called in after arranging to view a car. Salesman came out chatting on his mobile, asked what I was after then went back to get the keys to the vehicle. Started vehicle, told me it ran quietly and had done mostly motorway mileage then told me he'd move a car so I could test drive. Took my drivers licence for insurance purposes (which I understand and have no issues with) whilst on his mobile. When I returned from test drive salesman was again on his phone leaning on another vehicle. Asked what I thought of vehicle, was surprised to hear that the service light/message had come up but said they would give it a full service, MOT (if required), fix any issues and told me that it came with 12 months RAC breakdown (as they are affiliated with the RAC). I tried to engage the salesman with some other questions but he seemed to be more interested in answering his phone than dealing with me. As I stepped away he asked if we had a deal on the vehicle but was shocked when I replied not quite yet as I was interested in how much he was willing to give against my own car as part exchange. Got told whilst still on the phone) can only give trade price then got touchy when I said I had another potential buyer for it and wanted to know how much they'd offered. He didn't seem to interested in my car. At this point I'd had enough and wanted to go (decided if this salesman was more interested in being on his phone then trying to sell a vehicle or even give full attention to a customer, I wasn't interested in buying the vehicle) I made my excuses and left. Wouldn't recommend this dealer and wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time going out to see the vehicle. Which is a shame because it was just what I am after.

Just brought a car from King's Bromley I live in Kent so done deal over phone . Mark without seeing my car made a px valuation,I travelled up 4.5 hour drive looked at car I wanted all as advert said px price same done deal had one thing no locking wheel nut Aram said get one he will refund. Problem driving home spoke to Aram got part Aram refunded funds can't moan at that.what people have to look at your not buying a brand new never been used car. They have been out there for a while and been used. My dealing with Aram has been good he told me he would pay and he did and always answered my emails or calls so I would definitely buy another car from them Thanks

Great service, professional approach. I am very pleased to recommend everyone a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves.
Not interested in customer satisfaction, more interested in cheating their customers .
Bad experience all round. I had a number of issues with the car which they refused to solve. Very polite on the day of the sale, after which they were very rude in all conversations on the phone with them. The car had a noisy engine. I know very little about cars, and I asked about the noise. I was told, its a diesel and it's cold. The noise will go away. My fault for trusting them, but just over a year later, told by repair shop high-pressure fuel pump needs replacing at a cost of over £2k. I feel totally conned. And all their positive google reviews are fake if you look into their profiles at all.

I got in touch with Mark at KB car centre about part exchanging my car towards a Renault Mégane they had. Mark offered me a quote for my car and when I asked about viewing I was told I'd have to pay a £250 "refundable reservation fee". This probably should've raise some alarm bells but it's been a long time since I last bought a car from a dealer so I assumed this was the norm. After I paid the reservation fee Mark informed me the car has no service history, "not the end of the world" I thought, still worth checking out. So I made the 3 hour round trip to view the car and immediately there were problems. The windows and central locking had all packed up. Only happened that morning apparently. I took the car for a test drive and it drove as it should, only complaint was that the gear stick wouldn't automatically centre like it should which made gear changes awkward. Returning from the test drive we spoke about the windows and central locking and Mark assured me they would be fixed. When I brought up the gear stick I was told it was a 13 year old car and "can't be made new". I'm not looking for new but I don't think it's unreasonable for it to be working as it should. At this point Mark told me the car also only has one key. I gave the car some thought over the weekend. I spoke with a local mechanic about the cost of putting things right. It would need a cambelt and water pump replacement due to lack of service history, gear stick issues were most likely caused by worn gear cables and sourcing and coding a replacement key altogether would cost around £8-900. I emailed Mark early the following week to say I'd decided against the car due to the amount of work it would require in the near future. I received an email reply from Aram who basically accused my of lying and making up numbers. He then proceeds to tell me that the work required can be done by them for only a couple of hundred pounds. After Mark's "I can't make it new" comment I'd be very dubious of any work they did. But you also have to wonder, if they can make the car good for such a small amount why not do that before they advertise the car for sale? After a few days of emails back and forth Aram finally tells to email Mark about refunding my "refundable reservation fee". It's been a week since I gave Mark my bank details and still they haven't given me my money back. So far I'm down nearly 200 miles worth of fuel and £250 for a car that was absolutely not as advertised. I would avoid these guys like the plague. A bunch of crooks that seriously lack manners and customer service skills.

Noticed on line this car dealer selling cars slightly cheaper then anywhere else ....must be a catch right? Well, I haven’t found one! Not yet anyway! It’s been a great experience buying my lovely new Eco sport Ford from Aram and his team. I phoned him several times before meeting him and viewing the car (we live 75mls away) and he couldn’t have been more helpful, putting my mind at peace. He understood I didn’t want to come all that way and he would come back on his word part exchanging my car etc and telling me the EcoSport is in good condition when it isn’t. That wasn’t the case at all. He was friendly, accurate, professional and honest. He stuck to our deal we discussed in the phone, took our old car without any problems and I now have my Eco sport Ford, much cheaper then anywhere in the UK and it drives/operates fabulous as it should. WOULD RECOMMEND KINGS BROMLEY CAR CENTRE.
