In my experience with Snow Volvo Garages in Southampton, I have found myself to be extremely unhappy and dissapointed with the services provided. This is because, I began to take my car to this approved Volvo Garage and find the coincidence that after taking it there for the first time I have had a downhill experience with it. The front staff are very friendly indeed, had no issues with them, however I am now expected to carry the costs of a major repair that was initially believed to be small repair according to the reports given from a Volvo Assistant Engineer. Volvo garage was always unable to provide an appropriate solution to the issue. My car has ever since asked for 7 Litres of Engine Oil in 11 months and I am expected to carry with that cost too. As well as my car now being dissembled in the Garage and expected to pay £852 to assemble it and collect it to bring home. I have had no car for the last 3 Weeks. I would not recommend this Garage and the services provided at all. Hope this review is helpful to someone who's thinking on getting their car repair here. Kind Regards, Juan.

I bought a BMW from this dealership back in April there a some issues with the car including the front bumper having a poor repair and paint job where the paint is chipping away and The door is actually 2 different colours. I have tried to get it resolved but the dealership have said there nothing they can do because its been a few weeks. I didn't notice these issues when I first went to look at the car unfortunately. But other than that the car is okay.
