*AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE* Purchased a car in December that was due it’s MOT in Feburary - Kingswood agreed to take car of the MOT free of charge. Between December & returning in Feburary, there were multiple issues with the vehicle that Kingswood Car Sales agreed to take care of as part of the 3 month warranty. The MOT was taken care of but non of the other issues were resolved. Kingswood agreed that these would be resolved but would have to be done at a later date. I was slightly concerned that leaving the issues any longer would take me out of the 3 month warranty period but I was assured (and have the proof via email) that it wouldn’t matter and that it would be taken care of. Since then, I have called, text & emailed multiple times and there’s been no reply or answer. Really disappointed and frustrated that I’m clearly being ignored & we’re now 7 months down the line. I’m now making headway with some legal advice I’ve managed to secure for free (turns out I get free legal advice as part of another service I pay for) and it’s something they’re confident we’ll be able to resolve legally given that I’m now booked in with BMW directly to get the issues fixed. Parts, labour, time & the stress caused are all factors in the initial claim but I will be waiting until the car is exactly how it needs to be before moving forward with it. Safe to say that despite a horrible experience with Kingswood, the law is on the side of those that are mistreated so it will be resolved eventually. Do not buy from these.

Nissan Qashqai 10 Plate August 2017, when I approached Kingswood Car Sales with the list of things wrong with the car he flatly refused to do anything about it, again refused to give me my money back. In total to date I have spent £4000 on the car to include engine rebuild !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car from Kingswood just before Christmas it came with 6 months warranty. We booked it in for warranty work at a garage recommended by warranty company. Then the warranty company said they were not going to pay for the work as it should of been done before we bought it. Kingswood cars then booked it into another garage and authorised the work to be carried out, when in actual fact the warranty company still had said no to him. The car was fixed in 2 days, but we were unable to collect it as neither Kingswood or the warranty company were willing to pay for the repairs. 3 weeks later we had to pay £200 towards the £600 bill in order to get the car back. It turns out Kingswood have been taking the piss with the warranty company so they are not willing to help him anymore. Be aware when buying off Kingswood the warranty is probably not valid. Not impressed with Kingswood at all they have wasted our time and money, not to metion all the phone calls we had to make

My car was involved in a non fault accident in June and written off. I needed a car quickly. I searched around and ended up buying from Kingswood. It's a family run business and everyone was really polite and helpful. It was a no pressure sale. I paid a deposit and collected the car a few days later. It was a genuinely hassle free purchase. The car is exactly what I wanted and it's running great. I would highly recommend Kingswood Car Sales.

Bought a Skoda Octavia a few months ago from Kingswood Car Sales. Got a good price for my old mondeo in part ex. Car developed an engine management fault, I spoke to the dealer who told me to drop the car in on the morning and it was fixed the next day. It was an egr valve at fault and he had a new one fitted, showed me the invoice for £250 which was just for the part. Was very grateful and touch wood the car has been running great. Everyone at the office is helpful and genuinely friendly which put my mind at ease. Will buy from these again.

I bought a car for my wife and 3 children to travel in from Kingswood car Sales. The car seemed fine until I took it on the dual carriage way, however upon doing so I realised the car shakes whenever travelling over 60mph, and when braking the car became almost uncontrollable. As this was within my 30 day right to reject I took the car back to the dealer explained the faults and asked to return the vehicle as per the law dictates. The dealer point blank refused to take the car back. I conceded to allow him to repair the car at his own cost. After 3 trips the car is still not repaired and additional faults have been added!!! Now the breaks also grind and feel like they could lock up at any minute. I strongly advise people to purchase their cars somewhere else.
