Bought a car from Kite trading, the dealer assured me any mechanical issues would be totally covered for 3 months. Had an air intake manifold fault that needed very urgent fixing at the garage (it could have written off the car if it had got any worse) - it's a very common fault with this car at this mileage. Even though he accepted that it was an urgent problem, he would not honour the warranty. He told me he would try and sort it out for me, and then proceeded to ignore further communication. Feels very dishonest.

Do not purchase anything from Kite Trading. I purchased a BMW from him in good faith, to only then find it had a faulty gearbox which I was quoted £3,000 to sort!!!! He wanted nothing to do with me when I brought this to his attention. You give genuine dealers a bad name. You don't even deserve a 1 rating.

Another false review. Please let me know the vehicle details as we have never had a BMW gearbox fail and never heard from a customer regarding this fault.

I remember you, you bought the car back in 2012? interesting that you come up now? if i remember rightly the warranty company offered to repair the car and i have spoken to them and have proof of this. I've never heard from you since but you can contact me anytime
Do not buy from this man. My advice purely based on my experience is to make sure you see the paperwork and proof before any purchase.
