I popped over to Lakeview cars to look at a BMW, the car was prepped and ready even though i turned up 2 hours early, the car was just what i was after and in great condition, lower mileage than others I'd looked at as well, drove perfect so i bought it there and then,. Customer service has been great from this dealer, putting many main dealers to shame. One smalk issue with the car but communication was quick, easy and sorted without any trouble. Highly recommend a visit to this small but friendly dealer.

I enquired about a part ex price on my vehicle by email whilst I was at work. Left my email address and contact number. They called whilst I was at work so I couldn't answer. In the meantime I'd enquired about another 3 vehicles elsewhere. As I didn't phone them back that day, there followed 5 separate text messages over the next 4 days (3 late at night), the last of which stated I didn't have "impeccable manors". It was all very creepy and weird. Just on this alone, I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer. Needless to say another dealer got my business 3 days later.

I have purchased four cars from lake view , and all are good cars , they have always gone straight through every MOT , never had any problems at all , I have been very well looked after every time , and the after care is excellent , I won't buy my cars from any where else , I always get excellent value for money , I have recommended lakeview to friends and family , my latest purchase BMW , I have had so many compliments on my lovely car and I'm very happy , excellent quality and care Highly recommend, Damien will always look after you .

Purchased an Audi TT, brilliant service from start to finish from Damien and the team. Slight problem with the car, not there fault, but they were out straight away, sorted the problem and returned the car, with no fuss. Very easy and relaxed buying process, great sense of humour. Can't fault them.

I cannot fault Lakeview Cars they were very professional and so helpful my car that I secretly purchased for my husbands birthday was delivered to me on a day and at a time I requested and Damien was true to his word I cannot thank him enough. The aftersales care I received from Damien was thoughtful and there's not many dealerships that would text you on a Saturday night to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend Damien and his team to anyone.

So glad I found Lakeview cars. Following a series of disaster purchases with other dealers in Bedford, my faith in the trade was very low. The team at Lakeview restored my faith. They knew I needed value and reliability and they absolutely delivered. Damien was clearly very knowledgable and worked with me to the point where I knew exactly what I wanted. Steve then took care of the details - so nice and helpful. I felt assured and supported. In fact the whole process was a pleasure - even the finance bit. I also was given a good price for the car I traded in and recommendations where I should get the car serviced AND WONT get ripped off (again). Really nice guys. Highly recommended and obviously now where I will place my custom for future cars!! :-)

Never buy a car from Lakeview Cars , I brought a car a couple of years back and he was dam right rude and threatening.

Bought a car from these guys, I'm not one to write reviews but I had to for lake view cars, I was so impressed by the lovely man who I was dealing with and how helpful and understanding he was, we went though why and what car I needed and he was amazing. I now have a fantastic little car that runs brilliantly and hasn't gobbled lots of petrol! I highly recommend this garage, excellent service.
