Stated several times van was ready then rang last minute to say it wasn’t. Messed around until asked for deposit back which they never sent until trading standards were involved! Avoid Lancashire Commercials at all costs

Having advertised as 'Guaranteed Finance' myself with a poor credit history due to £255 off my debit card. I was then messed about over the minibus which is to carry disabled children... they were told this... lots of lip service from John.. I waited and waited, the calls from them got less and less, they knew it was urgent as my disabled Students were without a minibus to get to their school and activities! I am having now to take them to Court and will report as Possible Fraud to the Lancashire Police... Really cannot tell you to stay away from Lancashire Commercials enough.

Worst experience of my life. Hands down. Avoid Lancashire Commercials at all costs. Took me 7 months, £600 in lawyers fees and a lot of stress to get a replacement van for one that i bought. Don't t deserve the one star.

Hold behold I drove 290 miles from Bournemouth to this garage to purchase a Mercedes-Benz s class I called up the previous day and was told vehicle is ready to go. So turned up for 9 am only to get told the vehicle is 20 miles away and if I wanted to view it I would need to drive to the location, which as I was there I did, only to find the vehicle was rubbish with dents, wing mirror missing, huge scratch on the side, cracked window, scuffed alloys. When I called the garage back up I got told it was being repaired. But they never had the decency to tell me the day before. So I advise anybody with a bit of common sense to avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

Agreed to purchase a vehicle, arranged a day for them to come, but they didn't turn up, and they didn't bother to call. When I called them back, they denied any offer, even though it was all done by e-mail. If they are prepared to lie about things like this, rather than apologising and saying that they no longer require the vehicle, what are they going to be doing when selling you a used vehicle? I would suggest to avoid like the plague - there will be plenty of more trustworthy people out there.
