Purchased my Polo from this dealership, Louis was fantastic at helping me arrange my finance and sorting any problems quickly and efficiently. Suzanne effectively completed my handover, collecting me from the train station in my car and showing me all the features I needed to know. A big thank you to both of you for all the help, would definitely recommend.

The sale went very smooth after Georgia took over. She has been in touch with me throughout the process and made everything very simple. Sadly she couldn’t be in during the handover but Suzanne was amazing, it took us less than 10mins to sort out all paperwork, road tax and insurance and we were in our new car. If you’re interested in getting a car from this garage ask for them!

Very pleased with the handover with Suzanne, would really help if she had a touch screen laptop/ipad as signing your name electronically is very tricky without it. Very impressed with all the staff.
