Purchased my VW Tiguan RLine from Lancaster VW remotely, my enquiry was dealt with by Kyle, Kyle sent me a personalized video, that was very well presented, gave a clear overview of the vehicle and the vehicles specifications. Kyle kept in regular contact, answered all queries and a convenient handover date and time was arranged for me. At handover the vehicle was immaculately presented and Kyle came in on his day off to introduce himself. I had a great experience at the branch and all staff were very helpful and friendly. My trip to Morecombe also included a chance meeting with Tyson Fury and Tyson took some selfies of us togeather!
