I found the partners of Lancers of Beckenham Richard and Theo very pleasant to do business with. There was no pressure to buy but once I’d looked at their stock I test drove two cars and eventually purchased a Corsa at what I felt was a good price. I was also offered a fair price for my old vehicle in part exchange. I’ve not driven the car much as I don’t do a high mileage but I see no reason why it shouldn’t give me good service. In the event that I have a problem I’m confident that any issue I had would be dealt with courteously and promptly. I’d be happy to deal with Lancers again and I was happy to deal with a local trader instead of one of the big garages.

Just to say that Richard and Theo provided excellent customer service when I purchased my new car there. They took care of all the paperwork and clearly explained to me all the controls. The car was just what I was looking for and was excellent value for money. Their website is easy to navigate with full details and photographs for each car.
