What a pleasure it was buying a car from Richard at Lanmere, not only a fantastic deal but the service was one which i have never experienced before from a sales person in any industry.....it was fantastic!!! The team at Lanmere were very patient with me (as i am very fussy and a bit of a nightmare) and they spent the time needed to make sure i bought the perfect car at the best price. I was blown away the second i walked through the doors with a stunning showroom and the history that flows through the place in the pictures on the wall of Richard's Dad's very first car site over 70 years ago was something very special and filled me with the confidence of spending my very hard earned cash with a truly genuine and honest company. Thanks again Richard and Larraine, see you for the next one.
Great friendly feel, straight talking and honest about everything on offer while always stating if i wasnt happy I could change my mind. Both Richard and Lorraine were very helpful and answered any questions i had. Very happy with my new car and would recommend these guys to anybody wanting a friendly warm welcome and honest advise on buying your new/used car.
BEWARE, don’t have any dealings with this company, they are not trustworthy! If you do consider buying (or selling) from this company heed your instincts, which should be enough to convince you, when you meet the proprietor. My dealings are too complicated to give details here but I foolishly made mistake of not checking on this business and got ripped off when I tried selling my car to Lanmere. Ignore my advice at your own peril.

In response to your review, we would appreciate it if you would let us know what vehicle you were trying to sell to us, so that we know who to relate to. Obviously, you as the seller would be in control of what price you wanted for your car and we fail to see how we could 'rip you off' in this situation. We are an established family run business and have been for over 75 years, if we were inclined to 'rip people off' then we would not still be trading. Please give us a call as we would be happy to discuss this with you.
The guy and his dealership Lanmere London has been in business a long time, so came across as very trustworthy. We judged this for ourselves 3 weeks later when we had an issue with the sensors. Genuinely came across as he cared, he seemed embarrassed we had a problem, so he took out warranty for us and paid out of his pocket £850-1k we found out, paid £150 for parts and even offered to take car back at full price. He offers really high end cars so perhaps was concerned we were at the bottom of the spectrum and shouldnt have any issues.He clearly cares alot about his reputation and his customers. I would go back and tell anyone I know to go there, cant believe how happy I am with this place and the way he looked after us

Lanmere London (RJC) are a family run used car dealership that has been established for over 30 years. This dealership specialises in BMW sales. Thehir website states that all cars sold come with a 1 year warranty.
