I had been looking for a Tesla for a few weeks, online, in person and ringing round and I ended up after researching finding Ben at lease cars direct. Comparing mileage and battery health and prices it was a no brainer as was working out a lot cheaper than the competition. After a phone call I had put. Deposit down then picked the car up 2 days later. On arrival he showed me how to set up the car to my phone and how to use the car and went through every bit on how to get the most out of a Tesla. I did notice an issue with the rear seat the next day that I didn’t notice and credit to Ben it wasn’t obviously noticeable however I messaged Ben and sent a video of the issue and the next day he was on my driveway sorting it out for me which was amazing. Overall really happy with my experience and waiting for him to get the newer model y in stock so I can px and upgrade. Thank you

Having previously been in the motor trade for 11 years with control of 2 main dealer sites accommodating 4 manufacturers, my experience of what is good and what is great service/customer service/after sales is second to none. From point of enquiry to point of collection, Lease Cars Direct gave me exactly what I wanted, a feeling of clarity, correct information and that I can trust what I am being told. Not that I tried to trip them up, more that I asked ambiguous questions and got straight answers, this is what drew me to them. I had spoken to 6 alternative dealers with similar vehicles for sale and just didn’t get the feeling that I could trust what they said. Every question was met with a certain answer and a photo to show the answer to I was asking. Fantastic. I travelled across country to collect the Tesla Model Y from them and the car was exactly as described and Ben helped with loading everything I needed into the car. Would a purchase from them again… yes. Would I recommend them to friends or family… yes. The experience that I had at Lease Cars Direct was pretty smooth and pretty quick. There was one slight issue with the car, but I have spoken to Lease Cars Direct about this and they have suggested getting in touch with the warranty company, which I haven’t had chance to do just yet. But other than that, I have had no issues as such and its all been pretty good so far. I didn’t go to Lease Cars Direct due to any specific thing they had the car that I liked, and I just pulled the trigger. I had a couple of conversations with Ben, he seemed quite knowledgeable and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about which gave me more confidence, he was organised and responded pretty quick with any bits of information.

I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle I got from Lease Cars Direct and the service there was good. They were flexible due to my work patterns meaning I had to look at the vehicle on a weekend and pick it up Friday evening. I was specifically looking for the Volvo XC40 and I originally saw it on Kazoo and I was keeping my eye on there until any came available when I saw the one from Lease Cars Direct and it was local ish to me. If I need a new car I would go back.

Been getting on perfectly fine with the Ford Kuga that I got from Lease cars Direct. I decided to go there after seeing the car on eBay and it being the best price and quality. On the day I spoke with Ben and he was great, he was helpful and they put in a lot of effort to make sure the customers are happy.

My ID4 is all good from Lease Cars Direct. I did find Ben really accommodating, really knowledgeable and super helpful and he got us the car we wanted. I would go back and buy from him again in the future and also recommended them to others.

Had been looking for around 9 months for the Volvo XC40. I didn’t want to rush, and it was what I wanted. Originally saw the Lease Cars Direct in December because there was something I liked and he gave me an honest impression, I thought I am going to stick to this guy. I was checking on the website every few days to see if anything was available and then yeah, I ended up buying from them. I drove 2 hours 40 minutes there and back to collect this car and it was worth it. If I was to buy a car from there again, I would buy blindly due to having the confidence of knowing what to expect. I have also recommended a friend to go who has brought a car also.

I reserved a vehicle with Lease Cars Direct, but unfortunately the car failed the battery health check when it arrived, so I decided not to proceed with the purchase. Ben was helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. My £300 reservation payment has now been fully refunded. Although the vehicle didn’t work out, I appreciate the way the issue was resolved and the refund was processed. Overall, good customer service.

I've been going to Ben for a while now and brought numerous cars from him, I keep going back due to the service Ben gives. The ID 4 I bought this time around is running as it should and I'm happy with it.

Everything is absolutely fine with the VW ID4. I’ve had no problems at all with Lease Cars Direct.
