My experience was good. Initially I had a few problems with the car, but Ben was helpful in paying for the parts and getting the issue resolved, so other than that, it has been good, and I would rate it 4 stars.

I found Lease Cars Direct online whilst looking for a newish car with low miles, as I am using it for a taxi. I came across the Ford Mondeo and have already done 8,000 miles, and it has been good. I thought the service was good, and I'd definitely use them again.

This is the best service I have ever received from any dealership. I normally buy from Audi or Mercedes main dealers. This was the first time I've not used a main dealer, and it was a completely different experience. It was perfect all around. It was my first electric car i bought an Audi E-Tron, and even after the keys were handed over, I stayed talking about the car for over an hour with the salesman. He gave me all the information and more, I can't stress it enough best ever.

I would rate a 5. Quick easy and personal service with no hidden agendas. No salesman jargon and they let the product speak for itself.

This is my first electric car, I am getting on well so far. I am still waiting to get the charging port on the house, so I am having to plan my charging. My experience was great at the dealership. There was a slight issue with the paperwork, but they got that resolved quickly, so I would rate them a 5 out of 5 stars.

The customer service was really good whilst I was buying the VW ID4, based on my experience, I would recommend them to others.

As a family we have bought from Ben at Lease Cars Direct a few times now, He was excellent as always this time around, when we bought the Ford Focus. I don't see any reason why we wouldn't go back to him again.
