I have run some tests on it for a second time and everything seems fine, apart from some high emissions I am keeping an eye on. I am very pleased overall and can't thank Lee enough for all his help.

We needed a car quickly on the same day we went in. Ben was very helpful and sorted everything out for us, making sure it was all done that same day. I did have an issue where I needed a cambelt change, and they even fixed another vehicle fault for me while it was in. Ben was very responsive, kept good communication, got me booked in, and had everything sorted without any hassle. I am really pleased with the service and the level of customer care. I recently purchased 3 vehicles from Lease Cars for the business, the staff were very efficient and easy to deal with, we negotiated a deal and everything went smoothly, in regards to all the vehicles every one of them is completely fine, not got any issues with them at all, all really nice vehicles and I would use Lease Cars again based off the customer service I received.

This is our first time visiting Lease Cars Direct. We ended up purchasing a Volkswagen ID4, and although we haven't done much driving in it yet, the salesman was very good, really helpful, and we had no problems.

This is my first electric car, and it is the best decision I have made. It is brilliant, and I am loving it. Ben at the dealership took me through the features of the car. I was already familiar with Teslas as I have test-driven a few in the past, but I cannot credit Ben enough. His communication was excellent.

I have already done 1,000 miles since the purchase, and it has been great. We completed the buying process remotely, and the car was delivered as described, so I would give it full marks.
