I'm getting on very well with the Volkswagen ID.4, and everything has been great. My experience with Lease Cars Direct was really good.

I had an excellent experience with Ben at Lease Cars Direct. From the very beginning, Ben was professional, helpful, patient and honest. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. The Volkswagen ID.4 was prepared to a very good standard and everything was handled properly before handover, including the MOT, VW recall, pollen filter replacement, service indicator reset and warranty paperwork. The handover was smooth, the documents were clearly provided, and Ben made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with the car and the service I received. The Tesla Model 3 is my first electric car. It works for me, so I am happy with it and everything, whilst at lease cars direct was fine.

Ben has a wealth of knowledge in electric vehicles and the industry. Its a straight forward no nonsense approach, questions answered and good pricing and support offered. Any issues with the cars are dealt with before sale and any minor issues post sale also dealt with without any problems. I would highly reccomend and will likely be buying my next car from Ben.

I typically buy the seller and the business before the product. I was taken in by Ben and his lovely family who personally delivered the vehicle to me. Responsive and fast over text, whatsapp, email, but Ben prefers you call him as he's a busy man and he likes to sort problems as quickly. So do call him. However I must say that all was not rosy, the vehicle wasn't as clean as I had expected for a sale, there didn't seem to have been a sales prep and if it had been, it was too long ago, when I highlighted this and some other issues to Ben, he was swift into action, driving again to my location to deal with every single issue raised. I wish I needed another vehicle so quickly so I can buy again from him. I would have left a 1 star on cleanliness, but because it was quickly dealt with, 3 star only because it should have been done earlier. 5 star everywhere else. If there's any issue as can sometimes be with a used vehicle, he's quick to fix it.

I got a very good deal on the Nissan Leaf. My son in law tipped me off about the Nissan Leaf from Lease Cars Direct, has had 2 cars from there and recommended them to me. When I first took delivery, there was only 1 key. However, the second key arrived 3 weeks later as Lease cars were waiting for the key themselves. Based on my own experience with the dealer, I would be happy to recommend them as well

I’ve had a good experience with Lease Cars Direct. It would have been nice if the car came full charged and it was cleaner. However, my experience with Ben was good, and the whole experience felt very personable
