My first time purchasing from Lease Cars Direct has been one of the easiest car-buying experiences I have ever had. Ben was as good as gold throughout the process. When I arrived home, I discovered that one of the headlights was not working. I contacted Ben, and he assured me that it would be resolved immediately. Surprisingly, a few days later, the headlight was perfectly functional and has not given me any problems since! This was my first time using Lease Cars Direct, which I discovered online. Overall, it was great, and I’d 100 percent recommend them.

One thing is for certain - Lease Cars Direct Ltd do not just push you away if something goes wrong. The first car I brought with them went perfectly for the first couple of weeks, but then the engine light came on, and broke down on the way to a family holiday. Despite having a challenge with the warranty company, Ben stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure that the car would be fixed at no expense of my own. Following the AA's diagnostics, over £2000 worth or repairs needed to happen (Labour included). Ben got on top of it correctly, ensuring every repair was done and a service on top too, again for no expense. During this period, he even gave me a courtesy car, and done things like retrieving things from my car which was at the garage, as and when I needed them. Following all the mechanical repairs, it turns our the car has an electronic fault. Rather than leaving me hanging / waiting longer, he offered to swap it for another car of the same value, which has been spotless since I accepted it. Anywhere you go may have something go wrong, but the way someone deals with it speaks volumes. This experience will definitely see me come back when needing a new car in the future.
