This was my first purchase with the Dealership and had a good experience from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Ben is all about customer service and ensured that I was satisfied with the vehicle and the paperwork before payment. He knows his cars and runs a honest, trustworhty, and professional business. My car was freshly cleaned inside and out, an imaculate interior, and a great sound system. The drive home was the final test and I have to say, "it drove like a dream!". Smooth cruising on the motorway, soft corning, and a gentle automatic gearbox with the right amount of power if needed. I also bought a reasonably priced 12 month warranty via the dealership for peace of mind. Would highly recommend and definitely return for my next vehicle. Ben runs a good business at Lease Cars Direct. We had a good experience from the start of our enquiry to the handover. He was very accommodating and saw us (with only a day’s notice) on New Years Day, showed us around the RAV4, ran through its history and gave us a test drive. The car was ready to pick up the following Sunday and Ben answered some of my questions in the interim, very quickly. I would not hesitate in buying a car from him again
