I bought a car from Legacy Autos in 2016 and the car is dangerous and not fit for purpose. I spent thousands of pounds trying to fix it and now I am trying to return it back, still waiting for Richard Arnold's response. I am now discussing the matter with my solicitor about the next steps! Very distressing experience overall!
I was sold a car from here that could have killed me. It cut out in traffic, the brakes failed, part of the engine was missing there were poisonous fumes going from it that made me really ill. The car has been rejected and I would advise anyone to please stay away from this dealer.

We regret that you had issues with your car and understandably feel upset. The vehicle was a part exchange which the previous owner failed to inform us of the underlying problems the vehicle had, regrettably, the issues were hidden well enough that they did not appear until the vehicle was delivered to yourself and had been driven for some time.. As soon as we were informed of the problems we immediately arranged collection of the car and issued a full refund. Again we must apologise for the trouble you had but feel we did everything we could to rectify the situation as soon as we were aware.
