need some warranty work done for around a year on a car supplied new by them but told no loan cars available, after a objection told its due to covid and the sytner group policy as they are following government guidance!!!! so maybe all other dealers and hire companies are breaking gov guidance ??? i have waited hoping covid would of gone away by now and car only done 3000 miles, but still no loan car,so asked audi uk on facebook who advise that by law they don't have to, and recommended another franchise, AND I HAVE THE REPLY TO PROVE IT ! it is purely a way of using covid as a money saving excuse, i got over it and excepted this fact only to be told by a friend had a loan car from a different sytner outlet ! not amused i went on their trust pilot review site to find some sytner outlets give them, if the face fits at other sites you can have one ?!! go figure
They lost the locking wheel nut key at the last service when the front tyres were replaced and would not accept responsibility for it. Would not replace FOC with a good will gesture. Therefore, all future servicing will NOT be carried out at this Dealership. If it was possible to issue no stars they would definitely qualify. Avoid This Dealership like the plague!
I had just bought a new 70 plate Audi A3 from Leicester branch l noticed the hazard lights were not working after a week just noticed the driver seal not put on correctly they give you a check list but l highly doubt they do any checks at all l hope Audi chef executive reads these reviews because no one seems to take it seriously at Audi I don’t think it even deserves one star
We had a car taken to Audi Leicester for a warranty on a part. They had the vehicle for three weeks with limited updates on the vehicle, we were told it was a seal fitted incorrectly, vehicle returned after being charged for this diagnostic to find out water pump had completely failed. Complaints via phone and email and an invoice for the cost of having the work corrected have been sent however no reply back. This will be going to a small claims court
Extremely disappointed with having been told on at least a few occasions and even before I set out to Audi Leicester that an Audi A6 was still available. I even had an email from the sales rep; Paul showing me the car was available, after setting off this morning, again reassured the car was still available. I made my travel from Birmingham only to be told the car has been sold from my journey home to the showroom! I asked why he couldn't have just called even whilst I was on my journey to tell me its sold so that I can then have rerouted myself back home but instead I was told at the showroom and conveniently he said his manager had found an alternative (which was not the same spec). Now what I want to make clear here is that I went to see a car that was still available but upon arrival was told it had been sold; I cant help but feel this is a sales tactic as they had sought an alternative; albeit I was given the privilege to 'look' at the SOLD vehicle, which of course I liked being as I researched the complete spec and I feel I have been misled. I have bought 4 Audis from Audi dealerships from S3's to RS cars; this was by far the worst experience I have had. I am so let down by Audi, being a Sytner group i'd have expected a high professional service; Listers has always remained respectful in their sales approach.
This weekend me and my family went to buy a car, the kids had toys to play with, the coffee was lovely and the sales person was fun, friendly and not pushy. What more can you can for.
Bought 2 brand new cars from Audi Leicester, I couldn’t be happier. Mark Bradbury is absolutely fantastic, knew exactly what I wanted including budget. He spends the time to talk through all the gadgets in the car too, I won’t buy my cars anywhere else. I will only ever buy from Leicester Audi and in particular Mark Bradbury, I’m a tricky customer and he accommodates above and beyond expectations. Service is excellent
