Had been looking at buying a used C4 Grand Picasso for a few months. Lewis Saab is the first garage where I can genuinely say they didn't push for a sale. I was allowed to freely look at the car, test drive and make my decision without being hassled. We bought our car the same day. Jeremy was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Would use again in the future.
Picked up my new car today from Lewis Saab, throughout the whole process I received excellent customer service, the sales rep I dealt with was courteous and helpful no pressure selling at anytime a pleasure to do business with them.
Would not recommend Lewis Saab as have no expertise in selling vehicles.

Bought a used car and two weeks later they still are advertising it. We rang them and they put the phone down twice on my wife. Would not recommend Lewis Saab to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. Our advertised cars with Autotrader as always updated as on the day that we sell them. Sometimes the downloads from Autotrader to our website do not always go through. I suspect that on this occasion, this may well of happened. As to your wife calling in.
