One of the best customer service i ever had, the staff were amazing, they all were very helpful. These lads picked me up from train station. I was given a vip service. The car was fully valeted, very clean and good drive. Its been 6 months i had the car never had a problem. The staff offered me tea and snacks. I would give them 100/100. I hope their business expands would recommend to everyone. The best dealers in Peterborough.

Bought a Toyota Avensis at the end of July. No end of trouble with it after a week of having it. Lily Motors would not help us in any way. Car will probably have to be scrapped now within 6 weeks of buying it. No customer service. You bought it, you deal with attitude. Going to Trading standards later today. Seriously cannot recommend these people. Absolutely awful.

Do not go to them. The worst dealer ever. I bought a car from them a week later it wouldn't start. I called him and he said he will sort it out and gave me about ten different times and days and I am still waiting. He wasted days of mine saying that he would come at 9 am then 12 and then 6 pm but never did. Eventually he came and looked at the car and said its nothing just the stater motor and he took the keys saying he will take the car later on and drop it of later but didn't now he's got the keys and I am stuck. The worst customer service and waste of time ever. I currently considering legal action.

I would say do not buy a car from them. If you really want to buy a car then call the AA for an independent inspection as I suspect all their cars are badly damaged and repaired if my car is anything to go by.

Bought a car from Lilly Motors and was offered a test drive but it was literally a 200 yard drive around the block. Drove home and within a day the head gasket went £800+ job to fix. Asked for a refund, received £1000 of my £1700 3 months later and now 6+ months later still waiting on £375 after we agreed to go halves on the cost of towing the car back to Peterborough. The signs were there as I bought the car, one of the men was on the phone to a customer who was obviously unhappy at being told one minute that her car would be delivered before 13:00 pm, to then being told she would have to pay extra and that the car was still in Peterborough at 12:00 pm that very day still having its MOT done. Lily Motors is definitely one to avoid.

Was sold a vehicle. Had trouble arranging a pick up date then told that they wanted more money after leaving a deposit because they had to put an MOT on it. Was also promised a service and valet which the car never received. After two days of owning the car the brakes failed luckily I am with the rac. The car is now in the garage having the brakes done and a service. Seriously would think twice about buying a car from this trader. Would have taken the car back but cant handle dealing with this trader again.
