bought a second hand 3008 ,and was promised a very good warranty but just haven't received it yet , and getting a bit worried about it its like as if they are putting me off it ,for some reason getting on a bit and the ONLY reason i bought it was the good warranty they keep telling me the one dealing with itis off at the moment really getting worried about this ,i bought it in good faith over the internet and people are telling me its a con ,as long as they sell a car, they just don't care

I've been driving Toyota's for 10 years but this latest service and interaction has been absolutely awful. Firstly they decided to change my first name to Anna and send me correspondence addressed to 'Anna' and then they booked me in for MOT and service and offered me extras. I have a service plan agreement which always included a car clean and vacuum and they never advised that this was no longer provided while i was paying my £28 every month. They offered me other items and I asked for a new front windscreen wiper. They asked for any other info and i said my name is not ANNA please correct your records. They totally ignored eversything. Didnt fit a new windscreen wiper but included it on an MOT fail! Failed the car on a leaking front boot which has been leaking at every service and MOT and service since i had this car 4 years ago. On top of that one of the staff is someone i used to work with who then completely ignored me, looked through me as if she didn't know me and yet not only have I never fallen out with her, her recent wedding photos came up on my facebook !! Talk about rude. Why would i ever want to go back to Toyota Bradley, Wrexham? The only saving grace was a member of staff in the carpark who was lovely and helpful.

We arrived at Lindop Wrexham for wife to test drive a Yaris . The car was waiting for us good to go . We were greeted by Stuart Todd . Which we took to immediately . It was the 1st time for my wife in an automatic. With Stuart patience , she soon got the hang of it . Stuart didn’t do the hard sell . Just talked about best car/ deal for us . We didn’t buy the car instead we had a chr far better buy . We did have a bit of issue with a bit of paint work , however Stuart started in no time no fuss just done . I feel Stuart is an asset to this garage . He’s the one to ask for . Thank Stuart

I have bought a C-HR from Lindops in Wrexham having dealt with Liam who was very helpful and a pleasant younf man - not your typical car sales guy! Once the deal was done, and all the paperwork completed, I collected the car today, Thursday 17th July which was managed by Cat. A delightful lady who went through everything with me. JUST PX MY F TYPE JAGUAR AND LINDOPS WREXHAM GAVE ME LESS THAN WEBUYANYCAR AND THEY GAINED A WHOPPING & 8,500 ON ME IF CAR PRICES HAVE RISEN THAT MUCH THEY SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME A BETTER PX PRICE RATHER THAN THEM TAKE ALL THE PROFIT SHAME ON YOU LINDOPS WREXHAM I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
