I’ve been shopping around for 6 months looking for a low mileage corsa and found exactly what I was looking for at little Sutton car centre. All the cars are prepared to an incredible standard I almost got spoilt for choice. Thank guys keep up the good work

Went to view a car here but the person working there was very sarcastic and didn't know a thing about cars
Avoid buying a car from this dealership as car bought from there less than a year ago has cost me so much in repairs and still the fault isn't fixed. Car is dangerous as loses power and could cause a serious action. Sold with incorrect parts in engine. Very disappointed. Warranty sold from dealer not worth the paper its written as wouldn't pay out on repairs needed. Not sold with adequate service history. Dealers don't want to know you once sold car to and just refer you to the warranty company,who don't help either.
Read reviews online, decided pay them a visit as i needed a car sharpish as grand daughter had hers written off. Decided on a "Kia Ceed" after again reading reviews. Sutton cars had one in in the right spec, just hoped it was as described. I was NOT disappointed, vehicle was immaculate for year with low miles. A 2014 Kia Ceed in glistening red. Met Alan & Stephen who showed me around the car, service book etc. I decided there and then this car was for my grand daughter. Stephen was kind enough to arrange a FULL mot and a mini service so i could pick up next day. According to my son in law it drove perfect on the way home [40 ish miles] and Grand daughter says the same driving to work past 3 days. Excellent guys to deal with, NO hard sell Just very helpful in every way. Would i use them again??? Without a second thought. Thank you Sutton cars. G.L.W

Illegal practices of selling a car with clocked mileage! LM15 HZE, see for yourself. Shame I was so trusting and relied on the information that they provided me.. No documents were provided until the money had cleared. Definitely saw me coming rubbing their hands together. Only once I had received the documents that I noticed over 40,000 miles had miraculously disappeared from the clock..... Manager went against own 14 day money back guarantee by withholding £100 with no genuine explanation except I had put 150 miles on the clock, which I had to, in order to return the car that they had illegally sold me. Oh and that the car would need revaleting.. Considering they have their own valeting service, that would hardly break the bank. False promises re timing of refund. Stated the car came with full service history, see from photos was just 2 vague stamps. Owner's attitude totally stinks, and he even took time out of his 'holiday' to research the company I work for to fish out any negative reviews. Funny how he has his own staff leaving Google reviews on here. See Stephen Kay's review below and on his email to me, clearly desperate to give a good (albeit false) impression. Owner would also not provide me with their 'comprehensive complaints policy' as outlined on their website and refuses to accept my complaint via email. Although I know full well that my written complaint to the garage will have been put straight into the bin. . I was willing to leave things as they were had I received a full refund but now it's a matter of principle. I Have already contacted trading standards and I am in the process of submitting a claim under the Consumer regulations for unfair trading as their negligence has left me out of pocket. Funny how they have not listed the car for sale again since....Owner cannot resist having the last word and clearly doesn't like being stood up to and sees it as 'bullying' as he has mentioned in previous negative reviews on here. Shame he didn't retire 20 years ago to save myself and other customers the negligence he has displayed! I will look forward to reading his reply to this.

Thankyou Miss willocks for leaving a review on 31/12/2020 I am confused by your claims of "illegal practices" relating to mileage. The vehicle you purchased from my company was a 5 year old Renault captur with one owner and 21,778 miles, it had 3 stamps in the service history which was available for you to see when you inspected the vehicle. On the 16/04/2019 the vehicle had it's 2nd Mot and the mileage was recorded incorrectly as 65k by mistake. The original owner has confirmed the mileage history as • 3 years 11k 2018 • 4 years 15k 2019 • 5 years 21k 2020 This was explained when you brought it to our attention, however, you demanded a refund. You received the refund within 48 hours of the vehicle being returned. Your decision to reject the vehicle did not fall into "the Sales of Good Act" not fit for purpose and it had no faults, therefore, we deducted £100 to cover our expenses for the re-sale of the vehicle. My company does not offer or advertise 14 day money back guarantees, the sales team have been operating under temporary rules due to covid restrictions, which cover distance sales. You viewed the vehicle and the service history so did not fall under this guidance. I would like to take this time to reassure all my long standing and repeat customers over 30years that I will not be retiring in the near future. Happy new year Stay safe

just took delivery of my 4th car a BMW from Little Sutton Car Centre and cant fault the service or the quality of cars the sell, There presentation of cars is the best I've seen, Every car they have at the site are prepared to such a high standard and dealing with Andy the salesman was a doddle. I would go back and buy another car from the Little Sutton Car Centre. They were very helpful and caring and understanding, I have a cmax and was ready within a day to pick up, very speedy would recommend this company to buy from, thanks guys, very happy Neil.
