Purchased a car from Liam at LK Cars, great guy knew his stuff, no pressure or hard sell, just good honest clean cars. Nice family business, I will go to him again.

As others have stated, this man is a crook running several business and running by several different names. LK Cars is one, Siston Motor Company (now changed name to Greenfield Motor Company, run by Ian) are just 2 examples. Cars sold with warranty that will never be upheld, cars sold with pre pick up service are not serviced, cars with service gaps stamped by Siston / Greenfield. If you challenge him, he gets aggressive. Lots of stuff on the web documented about this man and his wife. How he still has a business and not in prison shows how weak our judicial system is.

Dear ANON (Anonymous) im sorry to hear of your review sadly there is no car make or model, when purchased, where purchased or reason ie what was your faults for you to leave a review to be able to assist you and non has been brought to my attention (lk cars ltd) i have no other dealerships or anything to do with any mentioned in your rant i have never met or associated with any of said garages as mentioned in previous reviews by anonymous if you have any pictures or evidence to support your accusation about my involvement with any other garage please present it publicly, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and citizens advice and trading standards of whom if their is a problem that cannot be rectified for you they should be able to help out on your side!!!!! i wish you the best of luck in resolving your issues........
Shocking customer service from this LK cars Ltd, if you find a fault, once you have left with your car, they don't want anything to do with it, Liam the owner may be a smooth talker, however if anything goes wrong with the car, and you complain, you will see his nasty side ! He also has a company in Bristol called Siston Motor Company , same shocking customer service. Does not take card payments for a reason, so you have zero protection from your bank. Lots of fake reviews ! I drove my cousin to Bristol in September to pick up the car he bought from you, then to my surprise I seen you at Lk cars Oldham, when I came with my girlfriend to buy a car in November. My girlfriend didn't buy a car from you at Lk cars, because of the issues my cousin had with you in Bristol. However I know people that have bought from Lk cars, and have had a bad experience.You must have an identical twin brother also called Liam ! ! You can only look up Ltd companys on companies house ! Siston Motor Company is not a Ltd company !

Hi Anonymous I am very concerned to read your review, and I ask that you check you have the right dealer here. I have never heard of this company before and certainly do not have any other dealerships, especially not 200 miles away in Bristol. If your cousin has had problems with the car they bought from the company that sold it to them, they have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please inform your cousin they have 30 days to reject the car or have it repaired if the car is not of satisfactory quality and a further 6 months to have any faults repaired. I urge your cousin to exercise these rights with the dealer they purchased the car from, in writing as a record of this to the supplying dealer. Otherwise you can contact the Ombudsman, or citizens advice. Beyond this advice I don’t believe I can help you any further.

Answer the question so how did I see you at Siston Motor Company Bristol i n September, then seen you a Lk cars Oldham ? So do you have an identical twin brother ? all this rubbish about being very concerned. My cousin spoke to you at Siston Motor Company about the fault but you Liam fobbed him off for weeks so he went over the 30 days so he could not return the car, you refused to fix the fault. I have a photo of you at Siston Motor Company in Bristol, do you want me to come to LK cars to show you ? I don't live that far from Oldham

Hi yes i would like you to bring a picture down to my dealership of me operating elsewhere other than lk cars, or speak with car dealer review to see if you can upload publicly on here? also if you have gone over the 30 days due as you say being fobbed off if you have any correspondence of your issue (you must have txt or email phone bills with the phone number on to say you tried) it would be still valid outside the 30 days also if you can prove the car (which hasn't been mentioned) had the fault at point of sale i believe you have 6 months for the supplying garage to rectify.....again i wish you luck in resolving with the garage whom supplied your car
If I was you save your money this guy sold me a car that wasn't fit for purpose..I've tried talking to him but ignores every message I got a car from him back in 2019 and it went back 2weeks later I've had nothing bit problems with the car ever since head gasket had blown water pump leaking things glued by them..it turns out three thousand pounds later doing digging of my own it was on a recall all this could of been avoided if he donechis job properly instead of thinking of his pocket days and weeks off work because there was always something wrong with it... be careful who you buy from .because this guy won't own up to his mistakes

What a lovely bloke Liam is. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped me sort everything out so smoothly and the car I wanted was delivered to my driveway the next day. Brilliant. Can't recommend him enough. Lawrence.
