Accomodating and helpful, pleasant to deal with, good communications, bought a great little car from him. Another party was also interested in the car but were too slow - we put in an offer and shook on the deal. The other party then offered the full asking price (and even offered to pay us too to withdraw) but Robert stuck to his deal with us as we really wanted and needed the car - wheelchair adapted - for an elderly relative. Lovely to deal with someone with such integrity. I just hope the other party finds another car soon!

Real decent, honest dealer - passion for cars and knowledgeable
I have bought two cars from Robert at LMC Epping and both have been excellent. Dealing with Robert is a real pleasure from start to finish. He is rare in that he's honest and excels at customer service. The cars he sells are in great order with all the correct documentation. If I could buy all my cars from LMC (I'm very particular about the cars I buy) I would. If you find a car you are looking for at LMC please don't hesitate to go and view it as this will be the benchmark against same the vehicle at other dealers! Robert is a good car dealer, with great cars! 100% recommend.

The dealer, Joe, was not knowledgeable as the car was not as described by him or on their specification - advertised with Bluetooth, did not have it. After much persistence " Hello? I am the customer and you made the error" they paid for retro fit hands free kit which works but is not the same and no music streaming. Also no handbooks which they said numerous times they would sort and have not. LMC Epping asked me to review and I asked again for handbooks - no reply. So in summary save your money and take your chance on Ebay after sales service will be the same.

Customer Care is paramount to us, but unfortunately these independent review sites do not put much effort in to checking reviews authenticity, or assisting people with guidance if the they are having problems with a dealer. Unfortunately your bad review has been logged on the internet against us?
What a breath of fresh air, we cannot recommend LMC Epping enough , Car was far better than anything else we had looked at and Robert was fantastic, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. we would recommend LMC Epping to anyone and will be back to buy our next car. Don't make a commitment to yourself to buying a car from this dealer without a thorough inspection of their cars first. I asked a number of specific questions about the service items on a car from them which they convinced me it was where all good. I traveled a long way to collect the car only to find that the car had problems.

Could not ask for more from This dealer. He new his stuff and was very friendly and approachable unlike many other dealers I've come across. and bent over backwards to assist in my minor issue. very nice selection of cars. And I would and will defiantly recommend to others. Could not ask for more.

I viewed10 examples on the internet and the car I purchased from LMC Epping was the best example I had seen. They love their cars!
Longfield Motor Company or LMC Epping as they are alaso known are a used car dealership based near Epping in Essex. A range of vehicles from Land Rovers to Classic cars through to modern Performance cars and economical small cars are available. All cars are HPI checked prior to being sold. This car dealership operates on an appointment only basis, viewings can be booked Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Part exchanges are welcomed at this dealership.
