I went to have a look.. OMG!!!! 5 of the vans interiors were full of furry mould! I have never seen anything like it. I’m not talking a couple of spots I truly mean thick furry mould every where. One pickup truck’s back was half full of water. I would never, ever buy from there.

My son bought a 2016 Nissan Navara 30 June 2021, when it was picked up the sales guy Garry couldn't get away quick enough. The near side window won't open, the radio requires a new code from Nissan only. The roof had had a light fitted by previous owner, ' the holes were filled with silicon,' the near side headlight is opaque, don't know how that passed an MOT, I will report the MOT station to VoSA, the front spot lights are broken, MOT? The air con is not working. They have agreed to fix the above, but why sell a vehicle in that condition? , Consumer rights will be applied In due course , I will update this review when the above faults are rectified, shame on you Lomond van sales, AWFULL!! Don't buy from these guys.

Luckily I had read other reviews before visiting so, it prepared me for the rude reception I received. A stunning van with leather interior turned out to be a blown over former white van with the cheapest vinyl. Apparently, neither of the previous sales that fell through had queried it and, E-Bay was blamed for getting the spec’ wrong.... Ha, ha. I was rudely told that because I queried the spec’ they didn’t want to deal with me. Ultimately, I think I was the winner. Don’t deal with these guys if you can possibly avoid it.

Do not go near here if you want to keep your sanity. Truck broke down after 3 weeks. Broken timing belt that was supposedly done the week I bought the truck. 9 weeks of misery followed before I finally got my money back . Lies and excuses. From Mr, M Green

TRAVELLED 200 MILES PURCHASED A VAN PAID TOP PRICE FOR A LOW MILAGE MERC SPRINTER DASH LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE 1ST TIME OUT TOOK IT TO MERC SPECIALIST 3K COST TO FIX ALSO NOT AT ALL SURE THE MILAGE IS NOW CORRECT AS DVLA MOT CHECK SHOW MUCH HIGHER MILAGE TOLD TO BRING BACK SO THEY CAN LOOK AT IT, .... SORRY IT WON'T BLOODY RUN !!!

Travelled over 60 miles to view a pickup that was described as excellent condition. Had even phoned prior to going and asked several questions about it. On arrival it was definitely not in excellent condition. Wet paint and under seal covering rust. Front towing eye broken (how?) . Numerous scratches and dents. Had specifically asked about these things and was told it was one of the best condition pickups he had seen. If that is the case, I hate to think what the other were like. Absolute chancers and do not appreciate being lied to. Would definitely avoid.

Saw a vehicle that we were interested in via the Autotrader/website - we called Lomond the day before we were planning to go and we were given a very gruff ‘yes’ with absolutely no interest in our enquiry. We made the 100 mile round trip to see the vehicle and there was no one on the forecourt or sales hut so we called the phone number but there was no reply!! We left promptly never to return. Poor service but Every cloud has a silver lining ..... I think we had a lucky escape!!

Car was exactly as described, drove a long way for it and was not dissapointed. would reccomend

AVOID Lomond Car Centre. They are terrible to deal with got a van from here a year ago broke down leaving to fore court was told her problem which never got fixed due to being pawned off and being told his mechanic were always on holiday or off sick alot of issues with the van and paid 3k for it at the time I was told by Mark it would have been 5k if the bodywork was a bit less dented. I wasn't told it didn't have a v5 for it and was told I would have been refunded for the v5 which I wasn't. Guy eventually kept rejecting calls and not answering phone. The vans now packed in again and has left me without a job or transport as I am self employed companies a joke so stay well clear
