My grandfather's been in the motor trade all his life, so I entrusted him to find me a new car. He chose a Citroen C3 from LMC Cars Ltd and it's a great little car! Everything's going really well and I've already driven back and forth to Cornwall a few times with no issues whatsoever. It actually makes me realise what a tank I was driving before haha! The car's even better than I expected, so I'm a very happy customer.

This is my very first ca, so I’ve not got much to compare the experience with, but I thought the team were really helpful and did a great job. I’d been searching online for a Fiat 500 when an ad for LMC popped up. I had a look through their website and read some of the reviews, and they definitely lived up to my expectations.

I’d been out all day looking at cars and hadn’t found anything I liked. We were heading home when we decided to pop into LMC on the off chance, and I’m glad I did. I spotted a Ford Fiesta and bought it within about two minutes. Picked it up the next day. The customer service was great as everything was quick, easy and no faffing around. .

The guys at LMC were really busy when I went in to buy my Focus, but were still as good as gold. I'd definitely return/recommend.

I'm really happy with the car I chose but honestly, even happier with the service I got from Paul at LMC. He was brilliant & just made everything so easy and stress-free. You could tell he genuinely cared and I’d buy another car from him in a heartbeat. Definitely a 5/5 from me!

Purchased the car on Friday afternoon and drove it home. Charger lead was missing but they said they'd order me one for Monday. Got home and went to move car to get on my drive and it was completely dead. Called them 9am Monday morning to tell them I was calling someone out to replace the battery as I was supposed to be travelling on Friday night. No meaningful apology. I then received a call back asking to be informed of the price of the call out, which they told me was too much! They offered absolutely no solution to me and demonstrated no desire to fix my issue and said they would have a solution for Monday....even though my car couldn't be moved. I live 15 miles away from the garage, but there was no offer for anyone to come and attend. The RAC attended and replaced the battery. It was completely dead and not taking any charge, the mechanic stated that had they checked the vehicle before sale they would have known that. I forwarded on the invoice asking for reimbursement and a relevant amount of compensation for the loss of my weekend away and the time taken to resolve it MYSELF. It is now 11am Monday, No call to see if the car is now okay, no reply to my email asking for reimbursement etc.....after the sale, the service has been truly awful. Avoid.
