Worst dealership ever, car took 2 and half months to fix, they say they will call you back they won't. They aren't interested. Do not use this dealership for sales, service or parts. Goto Wirral they will look after you. One star given is too much.

My wife and I fell in love with a car for sale at Lookers. We arranged a meet with them for the next day (time suggested by them). Turned up 5 minutes early on the day in question (good professional practice), and were told to sit and wait until the salesperson was ready, as he was still with his appointment before ours. Time ticked by, roughly 25 minutes, when we were told “ He’ll be with you in two minutes”. Well, two minutes turned into 15 minutes ! We asked someone when we would be likely to be seen, and another guy came over and said “ Should be only ten more minutes “. That was enough for me, and I left very disappointed, very deflated and very insulted! Not only that, but they offered £350-£450 for my car in part exchange over the phone, the previous day. I checked online and the guide price is £835-£2,000 ! Most of the same year/make/model online are going between £2,000-£3,000 ! If you want to part with a lot of cash for a nice car...stay with professionals, and not amateurs like these people. When I deal with any business’ I expect to be treated with a certain level of respect. You won’t find any of that at Lookers, well I certainly didn’t ! Sad to see the beautiful City where I was born, allowing Cowboys to trade there. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!

I have been driving for over 54 years and in all that time I can say I have only come across 5 or 6 car sales people who I would trust and would recomend to look after your requirements. Donna Atinson from Lookers Nissan Chester she knows the product she sells, The car we took delivery of today is the fourth Motability car we have had. Over the phone (Due to Covid restrictions) I said what I was looking for, Donna then suggested we look at the Nissan Qashqai then asked when would I be looking for delivery, As we had been let down over delivery from another Garage because of delivery and I due to change my present car at the end of Febuary I said the Ist of March please, I thought I was asking for the moon Donna just said ok but not sure of what colour we have at present in stock. Within a short while I had a phone call offering me, the car I wanted, in a very acceptable colour, with delivery on the first day of the new plate. Donna Atkinson snathched sucess out of the jaws of defeate, I always new Lookers were a good company to deal with but with sales people like Donna and support staff who deliver on the promise made what else would a customer want. New cat broke after 2 months. They refused to fixing it . Charge money. Fixed it after but wrong. Put me and my family in danger. Drove 1 year with metal inside my tyre antil tyre is blowed up on the motorway. And refused to do anythink about. And alot of other stuff happened with ndw car. Avoid

Brand new Nissan broken down towed away and Nissan can’t find the fault and they reckon by resetting and new battery it the fob in a brand new happy days you can take it back home but my car is still there in the 3rd week collecting dust.dont but a Nissan what a nightmare

Bought new Qashqai in 2014 on collection ran out of fuel 2 mile from show room. Today used collect and drop service for my annual service and car has not been returned. So had to take a days holiday from work. Found the staff rude and I will never use Lookers, Chester again and its a shame as the car has been great. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE GO ELSE WHERE!!!
