My daughter absolutely loves her new car. It is so reliable, feels safe, easy to drive, and just the perfect car for her. She is over the moon with it. Lottbridge is really just fantastic. We live quite local, so we have always driven past since my daughter was young, and we knew this was the place we would get her car. One of the many things I love about the dealership is the variety. My daughter wanted an automatic within a certain price range, and the amount of options available was just perfect. We were able to compare lots of different choices all in the same dealership. We had been to a few other places, and there was nowhere else with such a great selection. There is something for everyone here. The person who helped us was also just perfect. From start to finish, we were looked after and never pressured into anything. A massive thank you to him and the rest of the staff. You guys are the best of the best.

I did have to take the car back as the battery needed replacing, however the staff were great. When I called, they booked me in for the next day and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Since then, everything has been fine and I have had no further issues with the car. I’m really pleased with it. All the staff, from start to finish, have been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

5. Friendly service and reasonably priced car. Unfortunately I've been ill ever since purchase so haven't really had chance to drive and test the new car!

5, customer service was good and helped us make sure the car was perfect when collected they also got the mot and the advisories fixed fast so thanks to them

So far everything seems to be okay so far, no complaints. The process was good with no hidden surprises, and they were open and honest about the cars they had in stock. Only reason for 4 stars is that there were some cobwebs inside the car when I first looked, but everything else was fine.

I love my Range Rover Evoque. The purchase experience was really good overall. I did have to wait a while for some parts, and communication was a bit slow at times but I'm happy with the car.
