I missed out on a car they had by taking too long to decide, true to their word they were able to source a similar vehicle with the spec I wanted. I received better service here than at the main dealer I visited. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Bought VW Passat 2017 car recently. On advertisement stated they have 2 car keys - I received only one! Couldn’t help me with this, only said “sorry it’s mistake”. Another thing, said oil was just changed, but when I checked with VW centre they explained that oil was changed only one year ago and I have to do service now! When I told them this they promised to change oil! When I went to change oil, I asked to say and see how they do work - they refused! How can I trust them and leave car again! Really bad customer service! Just lying to my eyes!

May I firstly apologise that you have been unhappy with the experience, however we have thousands of satisfied customers with many buying cars from us for over 15 years. With regards to the key this was a genuine error on the advert and we duly discounted the car in lieu of this. As for the service you are reminded that you insisted on taking the car away straight away thus denied us the opportunity of servicing your car. We don't like handing over vehicles unless fully prepared but sometimes to appease customers expectations we have to make allowances. Please kindly have a look at your invoice and it clearly states discounted for no service. Anyone reading this review can also have the benefit of seeing this as we don't take lightly to slanderous reviews however always welcome any feedback to improve our services.
From start to finish the sales people have been very helpful both in person and on the phone couldn't fault them nice to do business with them.
paul was great to deal with arranged a car and price and delivery next day imformed wasnt able to deliver as manager said no so big add saying delivery then not standing by their words in their adds so to be honest not for me or my money

We didn't refuse delivery but due to the Covid situation our delivery drivers were giving us a very large lead time to deliver to your address, for this reason we refused. Apologies this clearly effected the cleanliness and value for money on your honest review.

Good old fashioned service Nice clean showroom, smartly dressed professional and supportive salesman, Paul. Offered finance which went through extremely quickly.. I have never bought a car from a garage before but I didn't feel anxious or pressured.. I knew I wanted the car I saw.. and I bought it! Hi spoke to john at Luton Trade Centre as I thought I had a fault with my reversing camera john was very helpfull in me sorting it out turned out that I had turned it off he gave me alot of help in sorting it out cheers john
