I asked Reece to explain everything to me like a human and to avoid all of the technical teams as I just wanted a simple understanding of how it works and he did this perfectly. He was on the other end of the phone to answer any questions I had, he was flexible on my payment terms over Christmas. Reece really made me feel comfortable from start to finish and I'm really grateful to have worked with him. He went above and beyond every time.

I've used Luv car loans for a while now and every time the experience just gets better and better, each time I've used this company. I have always had a different team member looking into my forms but all the time the team are spot on. What a great company, it is almost too good to be true!! It was my first time using Luv car loans and I didn't really know what to expect but once I got in touch via text, It was Selina who talked me through everything. Once we had an agreement on my budget and the type of car I wanted, I went shopping for an A-class.
