My second time using Luv car loans and I have to say the process is so quick and easy. I had a different account manager this time around, I think her name was Selina, she was amazing! explained everything to the letter and helped me when there were any issues. The car I wanted unfortunately sold at the dealership before I could view it, but this was nothing to do with Luv car loans. She worked very hard and I'm grateful for her help.

The quickest, easiest and most straightforward finance application I have ever completed. Stephen guided me through the process start to finish, he was always a friendly voice at the other end of the phone whenever I had questions, issues or anything in between. The car is great, possibly going to need a new battery but this isn't any fault of Luv Car Loans and I will see if I can work with the dealer to resolve this. all going good, no issues, no cause for concern. when i collected, noticed a couple dents. scratch on the bonnet, window trims. when i start in the morning, might need a new battery, if it's cold, ticks over 4/5 times before engaging, cluncks abit when cold. Stephen - brill, really easy process. rates - competertive.

I have always had my cars on Finance and never had significant issues, I have always found the process of attaining the finance to be rather tedious. Dealing with Michele from Luv Car Loans was completely contrasting, Michele handled everything for us, sourced a car which fitted our criteria and was within budget for us. The car was actually quite a bit under budget and in terms of quality, it seems really well. There are a couple minor bits which I am going to get looked into in the new year, the brakes squeak a little, the garage did tell me new brakes have been fitted and there is a slight cranking noise when turning left, I am working flat our until Christmas so won't get chance to look until the new year although, Luv Car Loans have been supportive with the issues I have had.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy and quick it was to deal with Luv Car Loans, I had made a few applications prior to meeting Salsabeel, Luv Car Loans are without any doubt the easiest, quickest and most stress free car finance company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, the specialize in finance for people with poor credit and despite this, I also think they were one of if not the cheapest out of the 4 or 5 companies I applied with. The car itself is great, any issues I had or things I wanted sorted prior to collection were resolved without hesitation. My only feedback was I had a rather long wait on the day of collection as there was a delay transferring the funds. Other than this little hiccup, flawless!

What a great team they have at Luv Car Loans! It was Selina who looked after me while I was getting everything sorted and she couldn't have been any better. It wasn't my first time taking out car finance, but it was my first time taking car finance our with Luv Car Loans. It was Selina who looked after me throughout the whole process and she made the process so quick and she explained in great detail about how it works, leaving me with no hidden surprises when the deal was done. The whole process took 3 days from me applying, to finding the car and then driving away. If I was to get another car, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to visit Luv Car Loans. I didn't give 5 stars but only because there is always room for improvement.

Michael has been a delight, I was dubious to say the least as I haven't done car finance before. I have friends who have and it's taken weeks to get their car, they have been messed around, lost money, been rejected.. Everyone I have spoken to has had a host of problems, due to them conversations I knew where to avoid but still didn't know who to trust. Michael was the first person I spoke to from Luv Car Loans, he instantly managed to put my mind at ease, spent an abundance of time explaining the process including worst case scenarios and braking down what to expect. The who thing start to finish was straight forward and I hardly had to lift a finger with Michael's support. I love my Q3, I have nothing but good things to say and no regrets.
