I got my car from Luv Car Loans, it was £60 cheaper a month than the other company I was considering. I am very pleased I chose Luv Car Loans to source the car and complete the finance side of things for me. The staff were exceptional, really friendly, kept me in the loop with updates and the whole process was easy and straight forward. The car has needed so TLC< a few issues which are still pending a resolution including a recall and replacement shocks however, Luv Car Loans have done all they could to help.

I have never been through a car finance application before and didn't really know what to expect. I must admit, going through Luv Car Loans was a lot easier than I expected it to be, the process was quick and easy to follow, the application start to me getting my new car was completed within a couple days. Michele was excellent, really reassuring with it being my first time, informative and the car options she provided were all spot on, the rates were competitive and all within my budget. The only thing which threw me off to beginning with was I hadn't received a phone call initially just a text with links to different cars. The text did state to let me know if you have any questions, and when I text back I got a call from Michele straight away which put me at ease but a call to explain the process would have avoided any doubt in my mind.
