Really pleasant experience for a first time buyer, I was happy with the test drive also as it covered everything that it needed to really. The dealership was really clean and profession - I will revisit in the future.

We wanted to buy locally so were delighted when we found a Ford Puma advertised by LVMC as they’re just up the road from home. Third time lucky with the Land Rover Discovery we recently bought from LVMC. After having one stolen from the front of a supermarket and another written off in a crash, we were eager to replace it as soon as possible. Very quick and easy to make the appointment to view the car. Over the phone the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The people were so lovely and well informative, I felt very looked after and was told in detail about my purchase before purchasing. I was a first time buyer of a car so it was all very new to me but Winnie helped me understand everything I needed to, and was a lovely, welcoming young girl.

Excellent communication and great customer service.

We got a Nissan Micra for my son, and he’s loving the drive so far. It’s a great little car. We’re still waiting on the logbook, but with it being over Christmas, I suppose it’s understandable that it’s taking a bit longer. Customer service worked out fine from what I can remember, and everything else has gone smoothly. I can’t see any reason not to give 5 stars.

Happy with the customer service from the sales team at LVMC as not once did I feel pressured into going ahead with the car, it fine. I've got no complaints about my experience, unless my car breaks down, but at the moment I'm getting on fine with it.
