It's my first time owning a Lexus and I absolutely love it! It is a proper brilliant car! Nothing was too much trouble for the team when I was there either, they did absolutely everything they could for me. They advised me on the car, let me take my time viewing it, and I even took it out for a spin too and it drove lovely. Without a doubt, I would use LVMC again, they were a proper lovely team.

I arrived to the dealership and there I found the most well presented Fiat Tipo ever, it was spotless! So clean and tidy, someones hard work really paid off! I will be passing my recommendations on to all friends and family.

The Toyota Verso I purchased is running great with no knocks or bangs in the slightest. What a deal it was! Everything was just as expected- if not even better than! It was the first time me and my husband have bought a car and it was such a lovely experience down at LVMC in London, it was lovely to share such a great experience with my other half. I am very happy because we felt so welcome and it was really like a family friendly atmosphere. There was no frustration in the slightest and it was a smooth ride... just like our new car (Lexus GS). Me and my Husband would definitely consider coming back here when its time for a new car.

At all times I felt very welcomed around the dealership. It was a very rapid turn around- same day infact! I turned up at LVMC was welcomed with open arms, spoke a little about what car I wanted, I was shown to the Mini Roadster, I then took it for a test drive.. fell in love with it and then took it home that day. That simple and easy! I got the Warrenty and the RAC inspection with the car which I am very happy about. My process could not of gone any better, easier or more straight forward. I am over the moon with my overall experience. I can't recommend enough and I know the first place I will look when I need a new car!

I loved every moment of my time spent at LVMC but what stood out to me the most was the non-pushyness and how comfortable I felt when I was having a look around the dealership. I told my sales advisor I wanted to take a look at the Ford Fiesta, he passed me the keys and showed me to it and told me to come and grab him if I needed anything, then left me to do what I needed to (which I really appreciated). I was taken back by such excellent customer service. Singing your praises ALWAYS!

My wife came across LVMC whilst searching for a car, I gave James a call and had a chat and before we knew it, we was on our way down to the dealership. We had a good idea of what we wanted - age, mileage, automatic, petrol.. ect. We told the guys down at the dealership and they supported us and pointed us in the direction of the Nissan Juke, when we saw it it was clean, tidy and looked brand spanking new. There and then is when we knew we wanted that car. I know there was a lot of interest on the car, even when we was there someone came over and said 'we are local, we live round here can't you not just sell the car to us', yet James stood his ground and told them that the car was for us, which I was blown out of the park at that point. It was a pretty fast process, we waited a week whilst they prepared the car in the workshop - but that suited us anyway. I don't really give full marks but if it was going to be anyone that got 5/5 it would be your guys!
