I could not be happier with my experience.... So far so good with the Avensis. What I really like it that I was able to log on to the Toyota website and take a look at all the services the car has had and I was best impressed when I checked the history and how well its been maintained. The customer service was hands down brilliant each member of staff I would rate 5/5 for sure! I turned up unexpected and said I wanted to drive away with the car that day, they did everything in their power to make that possible for me. There was a few minor niggles on the car and they got it all sorted that day and it wasn't even booked in, I cant tell you how much I appreciated what they did for me that day. Totally brilliant. LVMC and more so, James, have really changed my view on car dealers and now I know not all of them are typical car dealers and want to hurry you to buy a car. I was even given the option to pick it up the day after but I knew I wanted the car that day and like I said they got it done for me whilst I waited. I can't thank LVMC enough and if I need a new car this will be the first place I look!

I am getting used to the Toyota Prius now and very much enjoying driving the car. Its a lovely smooth drive and very comfortable. Down at the dealership I felt very welcome at all times and I can confidently say I would use LVMC again any day based on my recent experience! I will continue to pass on my recommendations.

James was so so helpful at LVMC, he was on the other end of the phone at all times and always returned my calls. I am really happy with the Toyota Avensis, we have recently just had a baby so a bigger car was needed. The Avensis suits us very well. We communicated over the phone and James was so responsive and even when we then got to the dealership too take a look at the Toyota and he was just as lovely and amazingly helpful on our arrival. I have had some really bad experiences previously and it was so refreshing to see a really good dealer that takes pride in their work and thrives of making customers happy. We took quite a while having a good look over the car and he was ever so patient with us, he explained anything we needed and was happy ro run through the bits and bobs of the car. Thank you James, a credit to the company.

I am best impressed with the customer service at LVMC, I can say that if it was right car right time I would certainly use this brilliant dealership again. I can for sure recommend to anyone who has a new car in the pipe line. The Toyota Yaris is a lovely car and it drives well. It feels so smooth on the roads and I can't tell you how immaculate it was on my arrival, it looked fresh from the factory. Super clean and the bodywork was pristine.

So far so good! I found each and every member of staff so helpful and kind. They answered any of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I went ahead with the sale. Transparent and upfront - not many car dealers like this about anymore.

I am very happy with the Vauxhall that I purchased from LVMC. Richard and the team were a dream to deal with and was very helpful along the way! I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did and meeting my requirements. I asked to see all the history etc of the car and there was no issue with this. They were great after the sale too, getting the service book out to me, I received it within a couple of days too! Richard you are a star, thank you for everything.

The LVMC team were very polite and professional when we were buying our Kia Ceed. Myself and my husband share the Ceed and we both love it, it is such a nice looking car and is finished to a really nice spec inside, its a pleasure to drive and very comfortable. Dealing with LVMC was a breeze, they are a very good team of staff, I would happily recommend.

It was nice having a bit of a laugh and a joke as well as buying the Fiesta they had. The lads were really easy to get on with, and made it such an enjoyable, easy experience. The car was in such a good condition when I went to view it and has been a dream to drive since taking it away. The service from the guys was first class, weren't too serious but did their job well and and to a high standard. I will definitely be using these from now on, and would recommend anyone to visit!
