I haven't purchased a car from a dealership in a while, so I was a little bit nervous to get a car. Clearly I had nothing to worry about because everyone was very helpful and they actually listened to what I was looking for in a car. After explaining what I needed the car for, they showed me to my Nissan Micra and it was a great choice to go for because it has done the job perfectly.

Everything was smooth running from start to finish. I found the team were very welcoming when I visited the dealership and I didn't feel nervous when approaching the salesman to ask any questions about the car. I use my Smart car every day to commute to work and it has been brilliant.

Finally found a dealership I can trust - my Mini has been great since I got it and the salesman made it a good experience as everyone was very professional and polite.

It filled me with a lot of confidence to know that the cars have a RAC check before they are sold on, this was a big selling point for us because we have been stung with a bad car before. I'm absolutely loving my Mercedes and it has been a really reliable car since I've got it. The team were great while I was buying the car and they even valeted it before I picked it up, which was nice.

You can tell that the staff know the industry well! Whenever I had a question about the cars that I was interested in each member of the team were always on hand to answer all of my questions and within great detail. I think I've had the car for around 3ish months now and all is running well.

I'm slowly getting use to all of the gadgets on my Lexus- So far, I've managed to connect my phone to Bluetooth, which wasn't to difficult but we will have to see how we get on because there is a lot to learn. I don't tend to put a lot of miles on my car, simply because I only do small trips but the car has been great for the small trips and I find the car very comfortable. The sales team were very knowledgeable about the car and they were always on the other end of the phone to help me. For example, I had 50 miles left in the tank and I needed to fill up but I couldn't open the petrol cap, so I phoned the dealership and asked for some help on how to do this and they were quick to advise me on how to do this.

In love with my Jaguar XF! It is the first time owning a car with such quality and high performance. I'm really enjoying what it has to offer from comfort to the speed. I can't remember the name of the salesman but I can remember that he was fantastic to deal with.

Everything is great. The only feedback I could give is that the car could have done with a wash. But apart from that, all was great.

Exceptional customer service from the team at LVMC. I've had my car since October and it has been great ever since, it drives beautifully and I'm really happy with the quality of the car. I would 100% return to this dealership, if I was in the market for a new car.
