Everything was lovely. The whole process was 100% brilliant, quick and easy, I saw the car online and bought it shortly after. There was no pressure at all. They just let you look around at your own pace. They even drove the car down to us and took our old one, which was brilliant.

All has been good and driving really well since the purchase. I have just noticed that the windscreen washers have stopped working. I am going to inform the dealership. Other than this, everything else went perfectly.

I would recommend LVMC. Everyone was polite and nice, and the dealership felt welcoming. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle I purchased, so I really can’t complain. There was a delay in getting the V5, but when I called to chase this, they sorted it right there and then on the phone for me. The whole process was quick, and any questions I had were answered. I really cannot fault the dealership.

The team was very transparent with me, as there was a slight issue with the car, which they made sure I was aware of and fixed before I took it home.
