This man sold me a car described as immaculate, having left me a rude voicemail when I asked for a reduction of £100. On the journey home the car pulled to the left and subsequently developed a loud creaking noise and had a door-length keying scratch on passenger door. . While he honoured the first 2 issues, he said he became abusive and blocked me at the 3rd one. You will notice that every times someone disagrees with him on these reviews, he says they are taking nonsense. He expected me to travel to Bridlington and broke his original pledge that work could be completed nearer to my home in Doncaster. Even the trading officer I spoke to said she’d never come across such rude text messages to a customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

this man is my worst customer in 20 years hundreds of happy customers this man calls at 11pm and asks for discounts on a done deal etc
Called in yesterday to view a couple of cars, Lee was very helpful and openly discussed my needs regarding purchase/P.X deal. Did a deal which as dealers go was very fair. Lee called me next day as he had manage to get car serviced, mot and valet done. Great turn around, very proffessional and customer focused. Thank you mate. Highly recommended.

Bought BMW X3 about five weeks ago. Great buy - drives like new. Lee was very helpful, even offering me genuine BMW roof rails at a bargain price as an extra. Would be more than happy to buy from Lee again.

I bought a car a few days ago from L W Motors after having a bad experience with my last purchase they was so accommodating! So friendly and the best customer service ever! Car sales are not known for being honest but these guys really are! They went more than out of their way for me. Would highly recommend 5 stars x

Well, Ive been messaging them for 5 days to try and get a trade in price for my wifes car. How hard can it be? Any other dealers can give me a price instantly. LW kept fobbing me off and fobbing me off. They said they would call me. Well this afternoon I called them, only to find the car Ive been chasing is sold. Pretty awful service if you ask me. They've strung me along for days….I suppose its typical of a small independent used car dealer.
Having been let down by a well known national dealership we turned to Lee who we had purchased a car from the week previously.He immediately sourced the car we required in a very short time scale . He was very professional and friendly and made car buying an easy process, would most definitely recommend .

Recently bought a new car from lee at lw motors. Went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. A new mot and service was done the car was cleaned to showroom condition and he gave us a fair price for out car better then any other garage has offered I would recommend this garage
We bought a mini from Lee in October 2019 and realised we had difficulties getting in and out due to our ages .. Lee eventually bought the car back to us early January.. we got “half“the price we had paid in October.. we realise he has to make a profit... but we didn’t think Lee had been fair .. no thoughts or compassion for the elderly As we had for him with his problems.. i actually didnt want the car back i was fully stocked at the time and jan is a very quiet time,,,i didnt force you to accept my offer i was doing u a favour ,i really didnt want the car back u pestered me to buy it back
