I can guarantee this is not a bogus review. We have purchased cars from you before, and been very happy with the whole experience. This visit was very disappointing and upsetting. We were genuine customers who came away without our new dream car, feeling that your staff couldn't be bothered and didn't want our custom!!! Unfortunately this is NOT a bogus review - I only post reviews when I feel a firm truly deserves them, whether for extremely good or EXTREMELY BAD service!!•
