My partner and I both bought cars from M3 Motors. He promised a service, more of a look over from the garage. No stamp in the log books. No A/C refill. Repairs not carried out as promised. No second key given when promised. V5 not sent off either. When I challenged him over the phone he would come up with some lame excuse. After a while he stopped picking up my calls. Disgraceful customer service. STAY AWAY.

just be careful with what they say on the M3 Motors website. They don't do the stuff they promise to do on the website. The website and the garage is supported by AA so it looks professional on the paper but the sales team is there to take the money and not provide customer service. I 100% do not recommend it.

They are no longer under Aa we put a complaint in and Aa tried to help us but they had no luck either, so AA have removed them from a trusted company found out today as they called my husband 20/7/18

Throughout my purchase of the vehicle from the "AA Approved" Dealership, I was messed around. I viewed the car and paid a deposit on 25th March 2017 and said I would be back to pick up the car on the 31st March. They claimed they would get the vehicle serviced and valeted, which they did not (we called the company who "serviced" the vehicle and they confirmed they had not serviced it but instead carried out a Pre-Delivery Inspection). When we viewed the car, we tried to haggle on the price but were told the price is what it is because they MOT, Service and Valet the car and it comes will a full service history. The car was advertised as "full service history" on their website and on AutoTrader but the service book only shows 3 service stamps, one of which I watched them write in themselves when I went to pick up the car and contested the service history. They still refused to lower the price despite the only promise they kept was an MOT being carried out the month before. When I got the car home I sent it for a health check at Ford and they pointed out a number of issues including the battery, oil and brakes being low! The week preceding me collecting the car, I was away on holiday so my parents tried contacting them on several occasions to see documentation of the full service and the PDI, only to be brushed off and told "It'll be with you in 5 minutes" When I arrived to collect the car, I noticed several small scratches over the vehicle that weren't there the weekend before. kept me there for 3 hours before finally letting me leave with the car, despite having paid the full balance. Today I called the DVLA to chase my V5C as it hasn't arrived and they've informed me that the dealers didn't send off the V5C after the sale, only sent them a generic letter stating the vehicle had been sold, with none of my details what so ever. When I called the dealership to discuss this he denied he was the gentleman that dealt with me, until I told him I knew it was him from his voice as I had recorded all the conversations I have made a complaint with the AA about this dealership, and, as they are FCA registered, I will be making a complaint through the financial ombudsman - along with posting this review on every site I possibly can to ensure people know what these men are really like. I am extremely distressed by this experience, and very, very unnerved that the AA would support such an organisation as I am certainly not the first person to have experienced problem with them.

This is exactly what has happened to me with this company. Its been just over 2 months since purchasing my car and it is now un-driveble. I am now seeking legal advice in how to get this resolved.

Dear Heather G, we’re sorry to hear you've had problems with your purchase. The service stamps in the service book denotes the services we carried out when the vehicle was in our possession. Please understand that when we purchased the vehicle from our vendors, we have properly maintained the vehicle to reduce future repair costs, optimize vehicle’s performance, maintain its value and extend its life. In relation to FSH, most garages now have computerised files, so if a previous owner have mislaid the service history it should not be difficult to piece together a missing history. Ford charge £149 for a full-service history. In relation to the car battery, it was healthy at the point of examination and we are not liable to recompense you for the cost of the new battery. In any case, our After Sales team are here to provide support once a car has been purchased. Bought a car from here and got it delivered as I didn’t have time to pick it up. It got delayed and there was no communication from them. The dealer arrived and came into my house to do the paper work. First thing he said was “I need a pen”. No apologies about the delay and also he didn’t have a pen even though he knew he needed to use one. He overcharged me as he lied and increased the admin fee. Said the car’s got a new MOT which turned out that they never did a new MOT and the next MOT was only two months away. So do not be fooled with the website stating “new MOT minimum of 6 months” cuz that is a total rubbish They never brought MOT certificate or the spare key. Phoned them about 5 times to complain and the dealer just kept telling us to wait. Very unprofessional, impolite, rude.

There is no way you can track records of what car I bought from this review. and yes I did get a car from M3 Motors. Did not say the reg number or what the car was so, here, another lie about tracking the record. And the car did get delivered so yes they lied again about "no delivery service". Lied about MOT Lied about the delivery service lied about record tracking Thanks

I bought a car early this year and the transaction was simple but the car came with no parcel shelf and no jack and the told me they would provide these when I collect the car. When arriving to collect the car there was no jack and no parcel shelf they said they would send it to me in the post. Never got the parcel shelf or jack. I called and called and left a voicemail and still no phone call back I also emailed many times and still nothing. So I ended up purchasing my own parcel shelf from Ebay for £30. Also have to buy my own jack which every car should have! Not impressed with this car garage!

Purchase the car easter 2018 Was delivered three weeks late!!! Leaking roof No spare key as described. Sent me a spare key uncut Warning Lights on dash! Brakes which were supposed to have been done One tyre was replaced with a non run flat. Not suitable as no spare in these cars. Blocked communication sent me a nonsence letter. Have sent another complaint going to ombudsman. Avoid!!!! Just to top it off they were paid full cash before car was even delivered

Would NOT BY FROM THEM! Scroll down on all reviews sites to find the true reviews! This company has had some many complaints they were almost struck off companies house I spent almost 8k on a car that they didn’t clean. Lied about work that had been done. Lied that it had full bmw service history, when I asked for it he couldn’t provide it. 2 months on I still haven’t received my log book. I’ve had to do thing like brakes which were below legal limit but the car had apparently just had an mot and service. Watch out t for the MOT certificates with the name Hannah on. I’m currently going through the ombudsman to try and claim back some of my money Can’t wait to hear from you.

Hi William Sendall, we're sorry to see this 1* rating. Like all used car dealerships, we source our cars from a variety of places. However, each and every car goes through our rigorous inspection process before it is sold. From the sound of it, something clearly has gone with the car you looked at, but no complaint has been raised yet. Aftersales confirmed that a service history record was supplied at the point of sale. Also, we usually register used vehicles to customers by post directly after the sale. DVLA aims to send out a new V5C to you within 2 to 4 weeks of getting the old V5C from us. If you do not get it within 4 weeks, please contact DVLA. Could you please email us so we can investigate? ***DO NOT PUBLISH PART OF PATTERN***Purchased a car just after New Years, very smooth transaction & one minor fault came up the day after. Aftersales rang back when they said they would car going back in Friday for them to look at & offered a temporary car if they couldn't fix it straight away. First class service highly recommended. All fixed and working fine.
