M3 Motors promised a car with full service history but never provided , so I asked to swap deposit to another car with service book history which they wouldn't agree to. Dreadful experience as promised lots but failed to deliver.

Thank you, John, for your comments. We do not promise what we cannot deliver. We are accountable for transparent wording in adverts and pricing, vehicle provenance checks, test drives, no pressurising with pushy sales, accurate advice on warranty and finance products and a full vehicle handover with all historic documentation, service history (if applicable) and valid MOT certificate. We observe these requirements at all times.
Bought a Mini advertised with full service history, when I went to pick up the car, there was a £100 admin fee plus they had mislaid the service book. I never got the service book. Beware they describe everything as 'full service history and 12 months MOT. This is not the case, check before you pick up the car from M3 Motors.

Thank you, Dale, for your feedback. You have been informed of this at the point of sale and the words “full service history” were not included in the advert. We wrote to you on 14 September 2017 informing you again that we purchased the vehicle on or about April 2017 without a full-service history. Please note that some missing history is not considered to be sinister. Most garages now have computerised files, so if a previous owner have mislaid the log book and you know where the vehicle was serviced, it shouldn't be too difficult to piece together a missing history. You could also contact the manufacturer and request information about your vehicle using the VIN number. As a trusted car dealer, we have properly maintained the vehicle since purchase to reduce future repair costs, optimise vehicle’s performance, maintain its value and extend its life. You have not responded to our letter.
Money paid to M3 Motors 5 weeks still no log book. Damage to internal door sill plastic after (delivered £ 60) charge for that plus £100 prep fee. Feel mugged. Beware.

Thank you, Andros, for your feedback. You should get your V5C registration certificate (log book) within 6 weeks. Contact DVLA if you did not receive it. We usually send log books to DVLA on the date of sale or the next working day. Please follow our complaints procedure to help us resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. We hug our customers through attention and ensure their rights are not mugged.
I came across M3 Motors LTD on AutoTrader, It was only 20 mins away from where I live. The Dealership wasn't Amazing but it did me good. The Honda I purchased off of them was pretty clean and as described and I had no issues, I therefor recommend them.
